Booked holiday on Monday. Money taken from bank holiday is still pending on Wed. They shouldn't have taken the money until the holiday was confirmed and it has passed the 48hr time frame so as far as I'm concerned it's not booked but they have my money.. Can't email can't ring no answer on any social media platform. Have taken ut up with cc company

Tomas cook have gone into liquidation I was due to fly in a few days booked time of work got everything ready. They have just cancelled the full Holliday not even tried to make other flight arrangements. Been sent a refund but takes a week to get back but only takes a day for you to get my money. Absolutely fuming

Not happy with the full inclusive package I got sold over the phone, since it was a last minute, departing in few days holiday. It was my first and last time doing that, as it’s quite difficult to know what is being offered as they make the offers sound so appealing for the money you pay, when it’s not the case. All about selling anything for the profit, customer satisfaction does not seem to play much of a role. Due to such experience, I am not 100 percent sure I will be using sunshine again. Words cannot describe the disappointment and the information I got given on the phone that did not quite match the reality nor expectations of anything I paid for, starting from the place, location, hotel facilities, transfer and even timings of the flight as we got there in the very late night, pretty much on a new day, all tired out, and had to leave to the airport on the way back at 3 o’clock at night to get to the airport for 7:30 departure. Not very ideal. Hotel was placed in the location far away from nice beaches and beautiful spots, so there was a lot of travelling involved to get the most and best out of the dull location we were at, which also came with extra cost and eating out at least two times per day, due to very poor hotel English food and the same daily boring dishes, on an all inclusive deal. Disappointed and feel like I have been ripped off.

Takes too long to resolve a question with the holiday. 6 weeks to contact the hotel for a question regarding how we are going to obtain our room key when the reception states it closes prior to our arrival.

Worst customer services ever. My partner and I have planned a trip to 5 star resort in Turkey with all inclusive so we can indulge ourselves over our anniversary, We planned and paid huge amount of money and company does not provide any assistance at all. My partner is 120 days to expire the passport validation and Turkey accepts minimum 150days. We never knew about if and we learnt from the bitter way - we lost our holidays and part of family is there waiting for us. Sunshine holidays did not even care about the incident trying to find alternatives or solutions for us

Very disappointing we were not advised our apartment was not part of the hotel. Instead we were placed above a car park across the road. No air conditioning.. Awful.

Making the original booking was hard work, the holiday was last minute and I couldn’t get confirmation of the booking even though I had paid! Had to ring to sort after eventually finding a telephone number. Flight booking was wrong. Hotel booking was wrong. Stressed kids on arrival at hotel who demanded another €143 for us to stay!! Not easy at all. Lucky to get one star for this review.

You know all would have been good if the transfers were on point. However i have paid 150-175 for nothing to just get charged an extra 35 GBP FOR A TAXI 😡😡😡

Following a mistake on my details it took over 12 hours to contact someone. The phone is always busy with dozens in front of me. No e-mail address the result has been a £100 cost to me.

Give my a quotation then when I called to book they hiked up the price! I’d never use them again. Had to go ahead as I had made a promise to my children. A fact they extorted me for.

What a joke this company is, they did nt turn up to pick me and my children up with the transfers i had paid for. It cost me £85, which would be refunded back to me they said !! Guess what they are not going to refund me !! I will never book from this company ever again. Be careful with your transfer.

The reviews on this websites are simply not accrue and speak about the actual holiday and holiday locations. They clearly do not reflect the truth about this appalling agency. i have a query regarding my account and find that it is almost impossible to contact their customer services without a long wait for an advisor and ridiculous phone charges!!! I will never book with them again.

Hotel booked although advertised as five star was definitely not five star quality. Mayor Pelekas monastery in corfu We’ve just come back from staying there for a week. Our first room was that small you could hardly walk around the bed and the balcony was the smallest I’ve ever seen with a view into a brick wall. We complained and was moved into a larger room but still with the same sort of balcony. The room had an inter connecting door, although locked we could hear them and they could hear us. As for the bathroom the shower flooded the bathroom after every use and there was mould, I’ll fitting bath panels, wrongly positioned shower and tv facility with only one English news Chanel with the TV being the size of my iPad The restaurant is far too small so you are hearded around when spaces become available. The food is very poor ie cold fry eggs, no cereals and poor selection,, processed food and for being on the edge of the sea I could not understand why there was Processed fish and not all fresh. Five star restaurants don’t do diluted orange juice and processed ham We sat on numerous occasions listening to the abundance of complaints from the majority of the guests with the same issues or if not even more complaints!, We heard such a true comment of the hotel being like the show love island. Ie once there there is nowhere to walk too The only five star part of the hotel is the beach and the setting but the rest is 2/3 star

Poor booking system. Seems like whichever hotel you book seems to be sold out despite being available on site. When agents call you, don’t help you in finding a new hotel just want you to book whatever and get the booking over and done with
