“Don't believe them when they ring up with loyalty offers. Call centre operators are blatant liars and customer services are in cahoots with them. Better still keep away from talktalk.”

“These guys charged me for services 3 months after I moved out from a property, I PAID THAT, then they fined me for early contract termination of 2 years even thought it was agreed on the phone to be a 1 year contract and I cancelled after 1 year and finally they sold that debt to a collection agency and got me blacklisted SO I HAD TO PAY THAT INCLUDING THE EXTRA FEES. This company has got to get the C**** award 2013. Avoid them or at least get everything in writing.....”

I have just had the same experience (nearly) I moved 3 years ago cancelled the contract ( or so I thought ) now they have pursued me through a debt collection agency for over £200 pounds ........ can't afford to be hounded by these people. I think that Talk Talk are best avoided - lots of review suggest they are not trustworthy ........

“Customer service is shockingly bad. Person i spoke to was rude and closed the phone one me. when i said im not happy with the service i have received today i was told by a TalkTalk staff that he does not care if im not happy and closed the phone.”
