I've had problems from day 1 with Telkom Mobile. Went into Telkom store but they couldn't assist because I ordered the phone directly with Telkom Mobile online. It's been 5 weeks of me following up, calling, going into the store again, calling again. After 3 weeks they finally fetched my new faulty phone - then I had to follow up again. 18 days after they collected my faulty phone and I still have no answer. I have had no correspondence since I followed up again on 2 December wrt my problem and where my new phone is or where my fixed phone is. I got a case number today but unfortunately, they can't put me in contact with the person handling my case, the person who has not followed up with me. I liked Telkom Mobile but now I understand why their average referral rating is 2 stars. I am paying for a phone I don't have - I'm the one who must contact and follow up the whole time. Nobody is helping and sorting this out. I can't go to the Telkom Store because I did the order with Telkom Mobile directly online. Then I request a statement to see why on earth the debit order didn't go through and the person who did the initial sale used details of my company where I was an employee in 2010 and then used a bank account number that's been closed since 2018. So now there's a debit order bounce on my account also and it's not my fault and I know for a fact that Telkom will not write back the debit order bounce fees which is over R200 usually. Why must I pay for your faults and pay for a phone I don't have. Telkom should give more privileges to those who actually do give good customer service. Telkom should employ more people if they can't handle the influx of work. Telkom should follow up with their complaints and returns and so forth. Telkom should allow us to sort out our problems in person at a Telkom store. I want my contract cancelled without incurring charges and I want it confirmed. I don't want to do business with Telkom anymore. I will go to Vodacom because they might be more expensive but at least you get good service from them.

Very unreliable network for Internet connection. They should pull up their socks.

The worst customer care I've ever experienced in comparison to the other mobile network providers. I terminated my subscription as a result. Like how, njani, how do you stand in a queue for over 2 hours for a sim swap nje? Never again I told myself. A whole service centre with two consultants.

If you are thinking: "I will save 50 or 100 rand going to Telkom." Think differently. Poor service. Poor communication. Poor follow-ups. Overall, a very unfortunate customer experience. If you want to transfer out of Telkom, my experience has been that of waiting several weeks!

Out Of ALL the Telkom branches I went to, Telkom Howard Centre is the most helpful, friendly and transparent. Thank you Shameez, Aashiq, Aimee and Jeff for your excellent customer service👌 The rest of the branches need to be trained by you.

Terrible service from Telkom. They let you go in a circle, passing you from one consultant and department to another. Nobody is interested in resolving one's problem. I spent over an hour on the phone with them this morning and all I wanted was to Top up. Pathetic service!

I am trying to get a refund for the last week and a half and telkom just refuses to assist. Even the manager does not respond to emails ( a total of 5 were sent). The service stinks at the billing department. Every time you call they have different stories. I will never recommend Telkom to anyone as they are useless.

I would like to thank Sihle Khumalo ( case manager) who assisted me with ascallating a query about a faulty device that had been to repairs 3 times without getting fixed. I had been struggling with the matter since July 2022 and the store didn't know how to resolve my query. I did a survey and Sihle Khumalo called me to find out why I was not satisfied with the service. He ascallated my query and he made sure that I get assistance. At store level I would like to thank Josiah Mudau from Clearwater for assisting me every time I needed to go to store level for further assistance. They both gave an excellent customer experience. I had really lost trust in the telkom brand but they both helped me restore the trust again. May they continue to give excellent customer service and making sure that customers are satisfied.

Absolute dogshit of a service. I buy a 4mbps line and it goes at 500kbps most of the time if I get lucky I get 1-2mbps. Telkom is the worst service I hope that they know that.

telkom has great deal available at reasonable price , but they come with alot of problems. service delivery is really bad going into store or calling the contact number. trying to get someone to assist with anything is a mission. network problems is a great issue regardless of being on an all network plan and id you on telkom only plan it is worse.

My wi fi is of now for more than 2 weeks stil no response. Now at the end of this month I must pay my account for no service. This is not fair.

Telkom doesn't deserve to exist. It took them 4 months to replace a phone that's insured. Now I'm struggling to get my contract canceled.

I ordered a device on the 26th September 2022 they told me it takes 5-7 working days, on the 05th October 2022 I'm told its 7-10 working days, and they tell you that there is no one else you can talk to except for the person you talking to. Reference for the call 1195876

Telkom is very fast to give bad credit rating. But the fibre Internet and WiFi is the worst ever. Can't watch one movie I am cancelling all telkom tomorrow and will will tell everyone about bad service .

I did apply for a LTE Router with George at Telkom i had the best service ever so i have waited 2weeks and still don't receive my Router so i start to sending emails out and a gentleman with the name Sam got back to me.... And at the end i got a new Router and its working 100% and i have very good signal... Sam and George thanks for all your help with everything i will recommend you to anyone keep up the great work ☺⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦

Telkom LTE is down or something is wrong with their network. It keeps switching to some "655" network then I have no wifi signal. This has been going on for days now. Telkom is a terrible, useless ISP. It is taking me 30min to an hour to send emails and I work from home. Telkom and Eskom ruining lives one day at a time.

we have a business line, they advised to change to fibre. we waited 2 months to start it after trail period. still don't have our landline connected,emails are down, waiting for a technician. DEFINITELY NOT ADVISED FOR BUSINESS!!!YOU WILL LOSE MONEY AND CUSTOMERS ,how can you verify my email, have to wait for your incompetent services
