“I have never seen a more pathetic company like Telkom. My subscription of 24 months ended in Jan 2021. I went to the Clearwater mall and the so called assistant told me she requested a cancellation. In January I phoned them only to be told it was never cancelled. Since then I have maybe talked to 15 different so called customer service agents telling me the same thing over and over. They will escallate the cancellation and with the next call it is still not cancelled. In March they send me a bill for R762 without me using the unit at all. I have tons of case numbers and still no cancellation. Apperently the telkom store in Cradlestone can not do anything, I have been there 3 times. What a bunch of useless people not knowing or understanding bussiness at all. Please DO NOT use any of their services.”
“Iam a Telkom subscscriber and very dissapointed with their network in Impala park boksburg.My service has been interrupted since Friday.This is extremely unprofessional, I am extremely disappointed because of the bad service you are giving us.For some of us that use data its totally unfair because you will not pay us pack for the days that we will not have used it and then it expires before we are a able to use it.Telkom you are losing a lot of customers and not sure if you are really seeing this because everyone i know is not happy about your services.Please do something urgently otherwise you will lose customers”

Haven't had internet for a MONTH, no technician comes to the house. Whenever we phone, the operator says we will escalate the fault, but nothing happens.
Finally we have Fiber in our area, so don't need the landline anymore. Now its almost impossible to cancel the landline. I've been paying for 2 months and am not able to use it. Whenever I phone, I'm in the wrong department. Can only cancel if I log in to my account, but I don't want an account I want to get rid of them.”
