This is very unprofessional and is not business. You need to fix your website so people can order the before time runs out.”

I noticed if you do an order using a coupon they add on shipping charges to your order, without using a coupon then your shipping charges are free. They want you to spend more to use their coupons, and make you think your getting a good deal, your better off not using the coupons, and get free shipping instead.”

“Temu makes it as hard a possible to get a refund or send items back for a refund, they expect your payment up front and then give you the “run around” if you are not happy with the item or service you have received.
I will “not” be using them again they use the Chinese approach to business money up front mess you around and delay until you give up facing a brick wall of misunderstanding and delay tactics to avoid repayment at all costs BEWARE,!”
“The most terrible company, in every way. Products of execrable quality, extraordinarily bad shipping, but the worst experience is that of the return. After walking from one side to another to drop off the package (the instructions on the website have nothing to do with reality), you wait a month to receive a refund that was not even issued. I have been to the bank several times so far, only to be told that the ARN code sent by them to verify my transaction is invalid. There is no other solution/proof that the money left them. But the bank claims that no refund request was issued from them...
So, keep in mind that you will never receive the money for the products you send as a return, from this terribly bad Chinese company!!!”
“I had a new card, and didn’t buy really anything except for my bills I always have, and sure enough right after buying something from Temu, I got all these fraudulent charges over $300 and had to immediately block my card. I’m so frustrated with horrible companies/scams and people stealing this way. I work hard for my money.. so now I have to fix this mess tomorrow since everything was closed July 4. It ruined the holiday for me.”
