“I am supposed to get a refund on an item that was too big. I just spent the last 30 minutes trying to get the refund processed and it was a wild goose chase. Yes in my case it appears the customer has to process the refund . It’s been 20 days since I did the refund. Temu has made it so complicated to actually get the credit that I will no longer do business with them. Their app has been deleted from my phone.”
