“I won a father's day gift contest and when my friend downloaded the temu app and search so I could get my gifts they said just keep inviting. So temu lies to people and I wish people would delete their accounts as I have.”
“I had never tried Temu before and I ordered 2 shirts an track pants . Sorry no pics as all items are now in the garbage . What a bunch of cheap crappy stuff!! I also ordered top knot bows for my little dogs and they have not yet expressed their opinion!! They look alright I guess but I haven't opened the package. They want me to return two items but the heck with it. I am old and not bothering. I did get a refund on one item! Anyway if you are thinking of ordering from them DON"T. Waste of money!!”

“Horrible company, horrible robotic customer service, cheap products. They ship all the wrong items but will tell you we’ve given you Temu credit please use it. I can assure you your refund has been filed. Next thing you know it they charge your credit card for the stuff you ordered that they told me was free to use. What country are they from where you give free stuff but then charge the persons credit card. Terrible company. Amazon all the way.”
“Watches posted to me were faulty and one watch with wrong instructions and the other watch time stopping and having to reset the time as the second hand getting stuck, day changing to a different language during the day other than English. Poor quality and returning items tomorrow”
“I have ordered at least 100 items. If I'm not satisfied, I told them and they would give me a full refund. Their products are as good as anything you can get from Amazon at only half of the cost. I give them four stars because sometimes they put too many things in the box and items inside got damaged”

“Have been with them for a while now spend a lot of money, stupidly I did the spin the wheel when you hit target in my case was to get £90 in credits just before I hit the target after spending hundreds! It disappeared, customers service sead they would give me £3 in credits which I refused they then offered £19 in credits, after being on all day trying to get it sorted I excepted the £19 which would mean I would have to spend another £15 to get, but then they credited me with £3 not £19 as promised, it's just all a big con !!”
“If you want clothing that is 2-3 sizes smaller than what you ordered, cheap plastic junk that falls apart in as soon as one week, shoes that run 2 sizes too small and pinch and packages that take 6-8 weeks to get, this place is for you. One package arrived with everything inside wet! No tears on the package but everything damp and smelled of mold.”
“Been ordering from them for a while but the last few orders there have been problems.Ordered a sheet set that was advertised as white they sent me Tan ones with a completely different pattern. When I tried to get them to send a return label so I could have it picked up. (I am home bound.) This was the same day I received the item. And a unopened package. They refused said they would give me a $11 refund only on a $36 item. I do not recommend this company they treat you awful. Advertise you can even keep one item per order this was around large order. I did not even want to keep the sheet set. I wanted to return them.I guess since it is a overseas company they can make false claims without getting in trouble cause since this incident have talked to a lot of people and all have said the same. They do it all the time. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.”
