“The 1st line Customer Service people are fine.. When it gets expedited to next level nothing happens.. In the past 6 orders there have been issues. Recently I placed two orders one regular way because it had electronics. That 2nd order shipped with electronics The first order placed that day I paid to expedite the other order and the first day it could arrive is tomorrow 7/2.. Window is July 2nd to 8th. Even if it ships tomorrow it wont make it given what I have recently experienced hence me paying 12.90 US to expedite. I just got off phone, ( I did virtual agent 2 days ago) and order still has not been gathered. He explained that some items are out of stock . I requested they just cancel those items and ship rest. Nope.. it had already been escalated, an action I find to be useless, though I am given a credit đ I wonder why Temu thinks I want to do this anymore. Your system isn't working anymore, perhaps you have grown too big. I also find it amusing that you will give me a 13.00 credit if it goes past the 8th? Darn straight you will.. because you will refund my expedite shipping. No thank you on Temu credit. Buyers be aware.. this isn't the good deal it once was.. and though the 1st round of people are always helpful, their hands are tied to influence anything.”
“I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent encounter with Temu. Despite returning incorrect items, I haven't received my balance refund of 25 QAR, which is still pending. To add insult to injury, they're requiring me to place another order worth at least 125 QAR to process the refund. This experience has left a sour taste, and I cannot recommend Temu to anyone. Their service is subpar, and their refund policy is inflexible and frustrating. I'm forced to spend an additional 100 QAR to meet their minimum order requirement, which is unacceptable. The packages was halfway almost open. One box that I ordered was a backpack I have pictures of that That box was in a burlap sack, and the box was all mangled, when I took the helmet out. I was upset scratches everywhere, not satisfied with the clothing nor the helmet nor the way they packaging their stuff if thatâs the case then all of it needs to be bubbled wrap then put in a plastic bag if youâre putting it in plastic to save down on box”

“I haven't had any problems with my items from Temu. I've ordered several times and have received in a timely manner considering where it is shipped from. I have had a problem with open packages which I feel happens with UPS. I also have enjoyed playing the games up until now but now they take way to long to win $20 worth of prizes. (6 months or more if you can't share a lot & 1/100 of a point per spin, per 10 points used). I'm on my last two games if I can make it to finish them! đ.”
“Temu is absolutely terrible, it also lacks affirmation from the BBB ( better business bureau) I ordered multiple items from Temu and less then half of it came home and delivered, some of the items that did took over 3 weeks and had terrible quality for the example, the clothing images that were put up were nice but when it shipped home, it was completely different and after washing it, it just literally tore apart, some of my items apparently could not deliver because of the wrong address and my items were later on canceled, clearly there was nothing wrong about the address because the other items came home. This app is a complete scam and total waste of time.”
“A few of the products look and fit as expected. A few others such as dresses were small fitting. Although I ordered a size up, the dress still did not fit. I have an issue with the quality of the materials. Dresses, and even shoes, pretty as they are, feel like rubber or plastic. As many say, Temu is hit or miss. I am tired of not being sure that my clothes will fit. Games of making you spin a wheel to get a reward to buy so thing else is not played by any other online retail but Temu and SHEIN. And then when you win, you must buy something else to get the discount. They are exhausting. Too much hassle.

“I find that your clothes sizes are not reliable. You are fitting clothes to the Chinese demographic. European/US/Canadian builds are very much larger. A 2x in Chinese is not a 2x in US or Canada. If your clothing sizes depicted Western cultural sizes you would have a much larger market in sales. Food for thought!”
“Poor customer service! Called because got a notice that they need more information to deliver my order and was given the run around. Asked fir supervisor was denied to speak to a supervisor. Will not purchase anything from them ever again. Great if no issues but if you do get one they are the worse.”
“Waited long enough. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! See all my photos. I submitted an order, delivery date came, nothing. Checked, was not shown as an order. I submitted it again. Surprised, 2 machine delivered. I took one and returned it without opening it immediately. I made an error, according to them, and place the wrong return label. The one that was ordered first, that label placed on the second. Same seller. They verified that it was received after lying it wasnât and several calls to them. They still denied my refund. Asked them to send it back, I will pay for the delivery, and I will return with correct label, they ignored me. Basically, they still the equipment and kept the money for both.
The machine does not work. The dirty water never drains out. It has issues finding the dock. Over $1000 and nothing.”
