Half of $41.58 is $20.79 not $12.47!!
American math means TEMU owes me $8.32 .

“I have ordered at temu local 20th it says last local dilevary. Not true . Today's is the 1st and it shows that a lable was created for usps for the last 6 days . It is not as of yet sent. I asked for a refund since they do not want to send it . They say that its on its way. It is not they have taken my money and won't mail me my package. It s the new trend now: these shopping sites just let you deal with missing items. "Contact the transporter" is the new way of saying "Deal with it if you have time and patience"< Do they know how USPS operates???? This is lame!”
“I ordered from Temu and received items that were not as described — wrong size and color. I contacted support multiple times, but they refused to refund me without a return, even though I explained I had no time due to an urgent event.
They offered generic replies and stalled for over a week. I’ve now filed a payment dispute with JazzCash.
Be cautious — if something goes wrong with your order, Temu may not help you.”
“I Was given two free offers with my order. Both disappeared at check out and I was told I did not complete all of the actions to claim either offer. Sure wish I had been told that at checkout. I would not recommend using this website. It's advertising is very misleading. They don't live up to their numerous free offers.”

Order arrived more than a week late and upon initiating a return of items worth more than 700 AED, the courier service simply does not bother to collect the order (despite having reached out to the courier company and Temu multiple times to ensure the timely collection of the return package). As return window is about to close, I received an email from Temu saying if the package will not be returned, the amount won't be refunded.”
“Two times recently , didn’t get the item that was ordered! Similar, but not what was advertised ! Tried to get refund , in both cases , was denied tefund ! Too many hoops to jump through when it was their fault fir sending wrong item ! Their third party stores are the main problem , but temu should want to keep good customers , though instead of recognizing the mistakes of their sellers , side with the stores , not their customers when they knew the wrong items were sent ! Not happy with temu ,been with them , buying stuff and spending money for quite some time , then , over past month , or so , they totally let me down ! They lost a great customer !”
