“Disappointed with Customer Support and Return Policy
I ordered several items from Temu, and one arrived damaged. While I reported the issue and initiated a return right away, I was told the refund would only be processed after the company inspects the item. Unfortunately, the support team said there’s nothing they can do in the meantime. As a customer, it’s frustrating to have my money tied up due to something that wasn’t my fault. I expected a smoother resolution process.”
“This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences of my life. I received a product from Temu that had missing parts, no product name, and it doesn’t even function properly. I reached out to customer service and explained everything clearly, multiple times.
But every time, I get the same robotic response like they’re reading from a script. It’s like talking to a wall. No one takes responsibility. No professionalism. No ethics. Just the same copy-paste replies over and over again.
Then I called UPS with the tracking number, and they told me I have to pay for the return shipping if they come to pick it up. Why should I pay for your mistake, Temu? You shipped me a broken, incomplete item!
This company is a complete scam. They lie, delay, and hope you give up. Super untrustworthy. Super unprofessional. Super liars.

“Temu came up on my phone and I proceeded to start ordering some items at that time. A spin wheel comes on and tells me. I just won a whole bunch of stuff. So I'm ordering, next thing You know, I'm charged for everything. I get upset. I call there and the woman tells me that I am enrolled in a game. And I have to meet all these guidelines day after day. I am a business owner and a grown man and had no intention to play games. The woman was friendly but was totally not helpful. I expressed my Feelings. It ends and no resolution. Now my items start coming three out of eight don't work Or weren't what they said they were. This is.

“I would have made it a zero stars if possible. Beware! They are showing incorrect amounts in your subtotal screen. Ex: item original price was $23.80, you get a 29% savings $16.76 plus it's now on clearance for $11.17, but it's
the $16.76 that is used in your total. Another item was $29.96, a 40% discount, now $11.78. But do the math, 40% makes it $17.96 NOT $11.78 which is the price they are showing you paying. I wonder just how much I've been ripped off by this. Customer service only tells you the prices they see are the ones that are the actual % off, not the price you see. Even after you send them a screen shot of their app!”

“Temu is one of the worst apps I’ve ordered from, they’ve gone downhill so fast, I used to get my items with in a week now it takes a month if not longer absolutely dissapointed some of the products I’ve receive, most of them didn’t even work, pretty much use the site for stickers anymore, after I get my last few stickers I will never be using this site again.”

If you’re unlucky, you might end up wasting your time waiting for an order that gets delivered incorrectly. And what’s their solution? Either they re-ship the item or refund your money. But what about your time? How do they compensate for the days or even weeks you lost waiting? They don’t. It’s frustrating and disappointing to see how little they value their customers’ time. “I'm extremely disappointed with the shipping fees on Temu now. They will no longer have my business! I used to order a large amount of items from this company and I will no longer be doing so. It is so unfortunate! $2.99 shipping fee for each item is absolutely absurd and it's very unlikely that you are going to order $30 from the same seller in order to get free shipping. “They delivered my packages to another address and when I complained they sent me a picture of a package in the dark. No proof it was my packages
Instead of using USPS they used some cheap Asian courier company I’ve never heard of. I will never buy from them again”

“Back in April starting after the 16th of April I was charged 5 times for items I did not order. I took them all to UPS to ship back and I have not received my refunds for unauthorized charges. I have disputed this. Fraudulent.

“Temu is a big dumpster. When you want to find something specific, it gives you so many options that you can scroll until you pass out. And you are so stressed that if for example your internet stops, you will never be able again to restore your progress on your searching. Temu is exhausting.”
