Once I ask for things not to ship because they do not send them all of a sudden they create a shipment but they do not ship it. I ask the customer service representative but they will not give me a clear answer. I'm done with temu and glad I got out of this mess with them not owing me much money. It's not worth the hastle.”

Then you try to appeal to their frustration by offering a $15 credit towards their next purchase, the same way you offer them all the other gifts. I uninstalled the temu app, and I will not do business with a company that insists on treating its customers poorly. I will encourage my family members to no longer use your company.”
“Temu is the worst to deal with when it comes to trying to return things, if you order more than one thing at a time and everything you order isn't what you expected and try to return everything you can't they told my husband that he was only allowed to return one thing and the whole ordeal they put a person through to return something is just outrageous and both my husband and I have decided not to deal with Temu anymore”
