“First order from Temu was okay. Second order one of the purchases had half the items missing and another was a piece of junk. Despite having requested a return and a credit the courier has not come to collect the items being returned and I have not received my refund. Temu are thieves that are selling junk for the best part. Rather be safe than sorry and STAY AWAY!!”

“I am supposed to get a refund on an item that was too big. I just spent the last 30 minutes trying to get the refund processed and it was a wild goose chase. Yes in my case it appears the customer has to process the refund . It’s been 20 days since I did the refund. Temu has made it so complicated to actually get the credit that I will no longer do business with them. Their app has been deleted from my phone.”

I noticed if you do an order using a coupon they add on shipping charges to your order, without using a coupon then your shipping charges are free. They want you to spend more to use their coupons, and make you think your getting a good deal, your better off not using the coupons, and get free shipping instead.”
