“It looks like TEMU is selling defective products or bad quality that never pass or where never approved by quality control, piling in a warehouse. Most of the items are obsolete.
On top that,to return and item or get money refund is designed to make it as difficult as possible for you, with the hope,i guess, you will desist or keep you money on TEMU as a credit ( which they strongly insist over and over).”

When I spoke to Temu customer service they tell u to reach out to seller and then they tell you if that doesn't work they will try to help. I’ve never tried to return anything or needed to reach out to customer service so I can’t speak to those experiences. From reading other reviews, it sounds like some people have had some very bad experiences but I have not.”
