“Temu home page stated "Free shipping for you". I added items to my shopping cart. A banner pops up "Exclusive for you FREE shipping". Go to my shopping cart and am told "Shipping FREE". So I go to submit the order but cannot proceed because I have not met the free shipping threshold! What threshold? Why not tell you that upfront! The advertising is misleading. My feeling is that now they have successfully gained the majority share of the market they are clawing back their losses”

I contacted customer service about this issue, and I was told that it was only for items listed in the 3 for $10 area, which is what I clicked on. Needless to say, the issue was not resolved and I was given the same generic response, even after I showed them proof with a video.”

If you want to give existing customers a free item great. Let us pick 1 item, send it and let's all move on. Don't bait me,with lures of free items then make it impossible to obtain.
