“It's a scam .I ordered 12 things paid less the discount or 2000 rand and see they only sending the 3 cheapest items .on querying the order via the email received on tracking the order it directed my queries to Howly.I was told to pay a 1dollar fully refundable fee .Even my card details that was with temu came up and all I had to do was put in my ccv number .
As soon as I mentioned my problem I was told to contact temu directly and on checking my bank account 2 mounts of 18..38 rand and 533.04 rand came off.Temu is saying it's not them.But if so then they not a secure site for your bank details and security and also based on the order you can't put it past them to be in on the scam”
“It's a company with extremely poor customer service. Beatrice within the customer service team acknowledged that two of my items was never delivered and rather than rectify the situation by refunding or simply shipping the item I was basically told I'm a liar, they don't care and stop contacting then. Anyone reading this I would think twice before using there services!”

“Bought little things often. All was fine until… ordered some clothes. Over $160.00. They didn’t fit and material was marginal to poor. So we packed it up in a big box and returned it. Long story short, temu said they never received it. Then they said they did but only one shirt was in there. Then again said they never received it. Had me send proof of return. I did, then proof of this and that. I did ALL. Then they had me resend again. I did. Time went by. Finally in the end after months they said denied, when I sent all information to them when they requested it. They were dishonest and ran me around in circles and denied it in the end…. To top off my loss, now they said I ordered something I didn’t and withdrew money from my account. I unlinked it but over $100 was stolen out of my account. Please beware of these people.

“I ordered four items. Items were delivered but one important and most expensive of the items was not enclosed, and as such was not delivered. I contacted Temu and they denied issuing my refund for the undelivered item, claiming that the warehouse footage showed items were are enclosed. I sent a photo of what were in the package, they still denied and refused to refund my money. I am attaching photos as proof. Be careful with Temu! They don’t know anything about customer service. A very greedy company!”
“I have ordered from Temu every week nearly. I like to give an honest opinion. My last experience was horrific. My chair was never sent, never updated, refused a credit and refunded my money. Trusting them really hurt my business. Now I gotta wait who knows how long for money to return. I was told it was on the way, then it was lost in shipping but another one was on the way, and lastly “oh, that item was discontinued.”
“I placed two orders. One order was for a pair of silver shoes which ran too small. The second order was for two beaded evening bags. One bag had 2 large, noticable, rhinestones, missing. I kept both orders, but will never order again. I don't understand how to return the items.”
