PostNL confirmed through their system that Temu never contacted them, even though Temu falsely claimed they had. They also confirmed that if Temu had contacted them, they would have verified that the package was not delivered.
Klarna was also unable to help as Temu refused to cooperate. Now I am left without my money and no resolution. Do not buy from Temu if you expect your order to arrive or any form of customer service!”

When recieved it was smaller 1/2 in. impact wrench # UVDB02-01 that was on special for 80.00 dollars that is LESS than half of the 3/4wrench that i paid for. you sent the 1/2 why didnt you charge me the 1/2 in price and not the 173.31 lately i spent over 500.00 tools/tires.In my cart i have 240.00 including a 3/4 hd impact.
