“The Temu App shopping experience is annoying and deceptive. First, there are a lot of POP-UP SPINNING PRIZE WHEELS offering credits which are more like pennie’s. You’ll always win 195 credits, but you need 200 credits to claim your prize. To receive the 5 missing credits you need to purchase more items.
Turns out 200 credits is $2.00. However,
The credits never seem to be available when checking out or they are “expired”.
Also, they offer you $5 CREDIT if your package does not arrive by delivery date.
When you receive a $5 credit, TEMU sends daily texts telling u to claim your credit before it expires. I have tried to claim these elusive $5 CREDITS on the same day that I receive a text, but they are EXPIRE AT CHECK-OUT.
PRODUCTS: I purchased 3 sets of solar lights. one set is very high quality and came in a manufactures box with instructions. The second set was okay, around the same quality u can purchase at a discount store. The third set had two defective lights.”

“My wife ordered this with paid the customers and everything to later find out that the package has been lost. Temu then gave an option for refund but the money goes into your Temu account balance and not back into her account. She also paid a customers fee which you do not get back. I will not buy anything from Temu ever.”
