“My first two orders I had no issues with. My 3rd order is where the problems started. One item said out for delivery and I never received it. The rest of the order was put on hold as I item was out of stock. Their website says 4 to 11 business days delivery but that must start from the date it is sent out for delivery, lol!
They did sent me a coupon for a future purchase of 20% off but I think after I receive the items or not, I will remove this app. I did have some concerns as when I last went to pay, the options available showed payment options they should not have access too. Buyer beware!”
“Temu sold me mismatched shoes. I sent photos and asked for a refund. They were deliberately deceptively polite but said they could see nothing wrong, in repeated tries. I had to reverse payment through my credit card company who investigated and agreed with me (in one try). Really infuriating and huge waste of time. They must hope the buyer will give up.”

“Everything I purchased was exactly as described. However, Temu has a bad return policy. Instead of refunding my money they gave it as a credit, so then I had to turn around and purchase some other items to add up to that refund amount, of course I went over and paid the difference of $24.00 because it wouldn't let me order some stuff I had to split it in two separate orders. Just another way for Temu to sell stuff.”

And they asked me for privat photos of my body that has a problem. Nobody publis private Photo and private doc. Das Material is really bad and can make cancer for skin . My doctor also said .”
