“I never received my order, even though the tracking indicated it was ‘successfully delivered.’ Temu repeatedly closed my complaint without taking it seriously and even claimed it was ‘too late’ for an investigation, despite their own delays.
PostNL confirmed through their system that Temu never contacted them, even though Temu falsely claimed they had. They also confirmed that if Temu had contacted them, they would have verified that the package was not delivered.
Klarna was also unable to help as Temu refused to cooperate. Now I am left without my money and no resolution. Do not buy from Temu if you expect your order to arrive or any form of customer service!”
“Some items were great...delivery good. But after a couple of months started getting lax. Received a ring 4 times and it wasn't as pictured. Credits they give partial credits and have you keep the merchandise hmmm? I lost interest and stopped ordering.”
“Temu UK cares about their customers, they offer a courier service and have an extremely high customer satisfaction rate. They ALWAYS offer free items when you spend over a certain amount. I buy from them because they have a lot of good products. I bought 4 items which were sent together, the delivery was free and I was kept informed "step by step" throughout the process. I was very impressed and the item was cheaper than one I bought on Amazon a couple of years ago. I am a new customer and Temu has never let me down, always kept me informed about the delivery.”
“YOU charged me163.50 plus 9.81 tax total of 173.31 dollars for the 3/4 in.hd impact wrench. When recieved it was smaller 1/2 in. impact wrench # UVDB02-01 that was on special for 80.00 dollars that is LESS than half of the 3/4wrench that i paid for. you sent the 1/2 why didnt you charge me the 1/2 in price and not the 173.31 lately i spent over 500.00 tools/tires.In my cart i have 240.00 including a 3/4 hd impact. But i want to keek the 1/2 in. and put the differance off my new order. will send photos”
“I've ordered about $2k worth of stuff from temu over the past year. In the orders that were late I got $5 credit, it was 3 orders out of about 35. I ordered a heated jacket that said it came with a battery and it didn't and they gave me my money back and let me keep the jacket. A few other items had been missing but they always gave me credit for them. I have had no problems from temu in the past year that I've been shopping with them. If I have to complain about anything it would be the wait. But it's coming from China so 11 days isn't that bad.”
“The 7" gps that I ordered was probably the worst item I've ever purchased ever. You almost have to step on the buttons to get them to function and the city that I live doesn't even show up. 50 dollar waste of money and my time. I threw it away rather than to deal with such a company.”

“Shady business practices. They promise $5 for late delivery but then refuse to honor it. Also, an item was missing in the delivered package but they refused to process the credit stating that the item was in the package. Shame on them.”
“They ALWAYS offer free items with a certain purchase amount. Several times I have ordered over the amount needed but never get my 2-4 free items. I buy from them because they do have lots of good items. But Why do they Lie????? It’s unnecessary!!!!”
