They said I could keep the bed but it would cost me another $11.00 for them to ship me the correct size bed. I already paid full price for the larger bed. Why do I have to pay another $11.00 to get another bed, that I paid for already.
They gave me the run around over and over. I will not do business with them again!”

“I have been using Temu for about 2 years with little problems, whenever I get a product that didn't meet expectations, I received a credit without having to return the item.
I have ordered from the local warehouse twice, the 1st came 9 days late, I'm in Florida, it started in NJ, then went somewhere, then to Opa Loca, about 30 miles from me, then a few other places before arriving at my house. I was given a partial credit but it was frustrating.
I ordered another product from the local warehouse in Chicago, took 5 days to leave that warehouse, then to multiple locations, then to Opa Locka, now to Indiana.
No more local warehouse purchases. Besides charging $2.99 for delivery, takes longer than coming from China.”
