“Everything I purchased was exactly as described. However, Temu has a bad return policy. Instead of refunding my money they gave it as a credit, so then I had to turn around and purchase some other items to add up to that refund amount, of course I went over and paid the difference of $24.00 because it wouldn't let me order some stuff I had to split it in two separate orders. Just another way for Temu to sell stuff.”

“Temu is a joke. First ordered item was a problem. I've been around decades with excellent rated credit. They charged my card, went through fine, then asked for verification proof. I sent them a very nice high-res scan of my credit card statement with last four of my card circled. They wouldn't accept that and wanted more. So next I sent them a very nice high-res scan of my credit card front and back, and they wouldn't accept that. My real opinion is they didn't have the item I ordered in stock and used a possible fraudulent activity as an excuse. I ordered another item the day after the first and it went through fine. Waste of time and a messed up company...”
