“Why I prefer Shein to Temu.I submitted an order to Shein and Temu on exactly the same day. Shein delivered really quick, Temu....well still waiting..they try and passify you with R20 with delayed deliveries but ONLY valid if you use it on a next order. One gets bombarded with discount offers on a daily basis, Temu inflates the prices to then offer a "discount" which is actually the regular price on Shein or less. Please do your homework on pricing. Shein has a 'love' heart button where one can store liked items..with Temy anything that you like and might want in the future has to go in the cart, to be harrassed on a daily basis by Temu.. I have ordered from Temu before and the items EVENTUALLY delivered were to satisfaction. Clothing duties/taxes were extremely high”

“Very poor quality clothes. The boots wrinkled after 20 footsteps. The shirts wrinkle around buttons, the sewing is terrible and the material is not better. Shoes wrinkle when I put them on and the inside is crappy. It's cheap and that's what I've got. First and last time.”

PostNL confirmed through their system that Temu never contacted them, even though Temu falsely claimed they had. They also confirmed that if Temu had contacted them, they would have verified that the package was not delivered.
Klarna was also unable to help as Temu refused to cooperate. Now I am left without my money and no resolution. Do not buy from Temu if you expect your order to arrive or any form of customer service!”
