I have ordered twice and all products had bad quality and they come in smaller sizes like if it was for kids. Also, the packaging is bad, open packages and both times I’ve received them completely just thrown in, like trash, with no protection.
The products from them, don’t look anything like what she is showing on
their app or any videos.

I ordered a few other items, but when the order was completed the cardigan and other gifts weren't on it. When I complained they offered a £16 credit. I ended up cancelling the order, but have only been refunded £26.22 of the £44.76 I had paid. They say I have the £16 credit, but I don't want to ever order from them again and this still doesn't add up to £44.76.”

And then they refused to reimburse us for the shipping even though they told us that they would both on the return page and directly from a customer service agent. Not to mention the products are almost always low quality.”

“I have previously ordered from this company on multiple occasions, but my experiences with Temu since the beginning of the new year have been exceptionally disappointing. Unfortunately, I have encountered numerous issues, including packages that either fail to arrive or are significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery dates. Additionally, the refund process has proven to be unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. The notion of receiving a partial refund is particularly confusing, and when I seek clarification, I find the customer service to be unhelpful and repetitive, almost as if I am communicating with an automated system. This lack of effective support has made the situation even more exasperating.
Given these ongoing challenges, I have decided that I will not continue to shop with this company and am planning to delete the app entirely. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend that anyone else invest their money in Temu, as my interactions have led me to conclude that they are not a reliable or trustworthy option. It is disheartening to feel this way after having had positive experiences in the past, but the current level of service has compelled me to take this stance.”
