“I had a promotion stating that I could get 3 items for $10, and when I was ready to checkout, the total due was the amount of those 3 items listed, which was about $40. I contacted customer service about this issue, and I was told that it was only for items listed in the 3 for $10 area, which is what I clicked on. Needless to say, the issue was not resolved and I was given the same generic response, even after I showed them proof with a video.”
“We bought a bbq grill, the grill was manufactured defect, it didn’t works flame was very low. It took a 45 minute to warm up a 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Emailed customer service with the issue , to get a shipping label and refund me my money , after few days no response, then a robotic response to all customer’s problem They apologized for the inconvenience and they will look at my problem later . A week later after hundreds of emails and complaints from us . They came out to offer me a refund of $42.50 for the price of $200 grill . Or my case will be closed. What was for? I end up waisting money and my time dealing with Temu . After I Bough grill made in America .”
“They charged me on my credit card as well as on my Temu balance for same product . I had long customer call explaining them I have bank transaction record that I have been charged but they kept denying that your Temu balance was used for that purchase .

“Everything seems to be inexpensive, however the products are of inferior quality you get what you paid for it. I wanted to return all the products I bought for $240.00 only two were accepted and yet they do not refund you with the money you paid but a credit that you have to buy again their poor quality products. My big mistake in buying, will never buy anything from this cheap made in china poor quality stuff.”
“Temu is working with Chronopost in mauritius for delivery. Despite informing Temu that chronopost is not delivering the product and is providing fake status on tracking, Temu has not provided any update. Theybare still liaising with Chronopost. So product has not arrived and no refund”
“I went on temu app to find cargo pants. I looked at the sizing chart and all there was was waist an hip sizes no length. I looked at several different pants and all were the same no length. I'm 6ft tall and wear 34 length. I won't be using temu for clothing. Not impressed.”
