Tesco does not deliver orders! I have the Delivery Saver plan and pay Tesco for delivery. Last week Tesco has not delivered my order and did not inform me in advance (did not informed me at all). Tesco also refused to explain why the order was not delivered and refused to stop the Delivery Saver plan and refund the money that I paid for delivery (that Tesco has not made)! I am very disappointed, taking into account the previous accident with Tesco driver Ron who rejected to deliver my order to my flat and asked me to do it, and than said me "Move your a*ss" and was rude to my children.

From start to finish in our case the service was very poor. According to a company called "Product Care" (who actually DONT care for customers) the order I placed "failed" on their system-they are the delivery agents of TescoDirect. they had to rebook the order in having taken the money several days earlier. we were in on the day the delivery should have been made and at the time the item should have been here Product Care rang to say they could not deliver as the appliance was NOT in their possession. I then rang Tesco Direct and on the 1st evening spoke to "david" who said he would deal with everything. On the Next Day I spoke to a Doreen (Scottish accent) who also said she would deal with everything - neither did. This is NOT how you look after your customers! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID! neither Tesco direct nor its subsidiaries care about you-they want your money. I have mine back with compensation which has allowed me to buy the same thing in my town within minutes and NO hassle.

This good for nothing supermarket had been my only supermarket for years until i moved to London. (Beckton delivery center is responsible) I had home deliveries that never turned up and they claim they couldn't find my address and yet i see their vans go past my house everyday. The customer service team are so rude and very unhelpful. They made my children go to bed so many times without food because the shopping never turned up and even when i contacted the CEO, the bunch of puffs sent me an email saying they are happy to close my account if i am unhappy but they will not compensate me for any inconveniences. What a bunch of rubbish! You will never catch me in this shop ever.

Ordered a washing machine ten days ago. Received an email informing me I would receive the item within 10 days. On the 10th day I telephoned the customer services number supplied to be informed tesco should never have advertised or accepted this order as the product was obsolete. I Inquired as to what point tesco would advise me they were unable to provide the item they advertised. - no response. The customer service adviser offered me delivery of a a machine of similar specification and I accepted it. During our conversation I advised that only a van would have access to my property.. Apparently tesco vans are bigger than others! took a day off work and one man arrived at approximately 4 pm complaining that he could not get access to my property because his van was too big. Further he was unable to deliver because it was only him doing the deliveries and he couldn't lift the machine over the step. Motto of this story - do not order a washing machine from tesco unless you are happy to live without a washing machine for several months while tesco decide if they can spare the time to deliver

The delivery was over an hour and a half late and when it arrived they would not leave it with my two children but because of the delay I had already left and I already called the Head office to confirm it would be okay and they said it would be but still they would not leave the delivery with them so they had to call me and the head office again to allow them to leave my delivery with no alcohol in with the people in my home

Earlier today I bought a ham and mushroom tagliatelle ready meal from Tesco in Ilkley. Honestly it was absolutely disgusting. There was so much oil in the packet that the US military wanted to invade the packet. Absolutely vile and I highly recommend nobody buys this product.

On quite a few occasions I've used the scan as you shop. In Haverfordwest. When at the till. I've requested that the security tags be taken off bottles of alcohol. Only to be told in a very rude manner that the tags will be removed after I've paid. Staff have virtually watched me pay for the item in question. Then demand to see my receipt. Before removing the security tags. That's after watching me pay for the item in question. And arrogantly saying how they are just doing their job. Here I've said I thought you were here to serve me. Then they have said it's Tesco's policy. And they are just doing their job. So much for customer service. I've also been threatened with being barred from my local store. Whilst being spoken to in the rudest possible way.

I bought 3 karchers jet washers for my kids for Xmas 2 of them have been used for the first time and both broke in the same places!!! We have not even tried the 3rd one yet. However tesco helpline and technical team don't want to know and say it is user error! How can it be user error after 10 mins of use and not one but two have broke in exactly the same place. It's criminal that they can treat people like this and I suggest you never buy anything from tesco direct you stand more chance of getting your money back on faulty goods at a car boot sale then from these guys. I am going to inform trading standards of there malpractice and I suggest others who have the same problem do the same

Preordered a game paid extra for it to get here on the day of release but no, due to Tesco wanting to save money they go through a third party. Don't bother going through Tesco waste of time and money, no help from customers support either.

Used their click and collect service at Hampstead and they could not scan my order and had no back up protocol that allowed me to collect my goods. As a newly diagnosed diabetic I waited around and my blood sugar started dropping. When I told the staff member, he said I should have thought about that before I came in. I didn't expect to be waiting around in the store that long due to their technical issue. On leaving the store, he called me a fucking bitch. I wrote a complaint and they took forever to come back to me. They said the colleague handled himself well and there was no evidence that he did what he did despite my teenage daughter being present and hearing his abusive behaviour.

I made one purchace at 1pm today. The was a large queue at the checkout so I used the self service checkout. The machine would not accept my card as it said I removed it too soon. After two attempts I pressed the back button and paid cash. It took my £5 note but shut down. I asker for help and the assistant who arrived was not happy. He said I told him that I would only use the cashier but there was a queue and I didn't. After checking the cash I was given a refund and paid the cashier. I was treated really badly.

"Move your as*s!" - Tesco delivery man Ron said to me. I used tesco delivery to by food and faced rudeness and aggression of their delivery man Ron. Tesco says on their website "Our drivers deliver the groceries to your door (or your fridge door if you like)". The delivery man put boxes with my order near the entrance to my building. I asked him to bring it to the door of my flat. He refused my request. He became very aggressive and said that if I was not taking the boxes he would take it back to the car. He started to move boxes to the car when I said that I was going to complain. Than, Rod told me: "Move your as*s!" and started to carry boxes to the door of my flat. He was vary aggressive, his hands were shaking. When he said something inappropriate about my 2 years old son! I called Tesco. Nothing has been done by this moment.

Tesco...Mobile phone CONTRACT NOT :| Back ground....i know nothing about mobile phones or contracts i had always used pay as you go phones i decided it was time to have a mobile phone contract as i am self employed and struggled with the functions of basic m phones So As Tescos Horley was very close to ware i lived, it would be a good idea to go them oh my god what a mistake i thought the contract was with Tesco it was not they had sold me a telephone contract with 02 the phone started jamming after four months i could dial out when called customer service they told me i had used my allowance i explained i didnt have any limit on my phone as choose to pay the higest contract they had unlimited calls, unlimited texts unlimited internet about £60.00 per month so i asked right lets get some credit on it then so i put £150.00 on it by phone a week later that had run out....this went on for two weeks i cant remember exactly how how much i paid out about £500.00 all told over a five week period they told me i should not have a contract with them as i am self employed and they considered it unfair use..as i used my phone a lot the phone was jammed again...i spent three hours in the store tesco told me then. it was nothing to do with them but 02 so in the end i said ok then i have a hand set that dosen't work and a service that i can not use so i called the manager in store and told him they had failed to provide a hand set and Telephone service i considered them in breach of contract, i told them i would let the dd go out at the end of the month. but the contract was at an end i wrote and complained they took no action i wrote to the chairman but that was ignored they sent me a final response letter, refusing to do anything and if i didn't like it go to the ombudsman. Tesco then tried for three months to take the monthly fee but i had cancelled the direct debit Tesco issued a summons for the three months payments i refused to pay it they obtained a county court judgement against me which still stands, when hell freezes over tesco will i pay for something that does not work incidentally i went too E E the same day and took out a new contract with them i have been with them 3 years now.....never a days problem...... Tesco your Rubbish.
