Bougt aftershave from tesco direct it's fake but when I spoke to tesco they passed the buck to perfume click they are useless I drove to boots looked at another bottle of issey miyake same size the writing on base was prominent the fake from tesco u could not read fade on base plus the real genuine aftershave at boots says on the bottle parfum d issey written on base of bottle the fake from tesco does not have that on base of bottle I am getting no where perfume click said return it to us so we can test it I would not trust the, at all and would rather get a independent top company to test it myself and send them report the perfume click lady Sarah said sum of the other bottle s may be different but all I've seen say perfum d issey on the base plus the real bottle I've looked at at boots have prominent writing on base my fake bottle is hardly reAdable tesco are useless plus so is perfume click

I have tried several items from Tesco from the hot deli counter, the cold meat section and ready meals that are labelled hot and spicy but when tasting them they are anything but hot and spicy. I don't know who approves the taste of these products but they obviously don't like hot and spicy food! If something is labelled Hot & Spicy it should be spicy or at least give some heat or warmth. People who can't handle the heat should not buy hot and spicy products!

I purchased a bed through Tesco Direct from one of their partners, Happy Beds. The wooden frame split the first night! Replacement part was sent but after a week the same part split completely in the night. I was offered a full refund....when the bed was collected in up to 7 days. Both Happy Beds and Tesco Direct thought it was acceptable for me to be without a bed for this time. The bed has been collected and now I have to wait 3-5 days for my account to be credited. Tesco Partner Guarantee appears to be an opt out. Only gave 1 star because I couldn't give any less.

Appalling collection service Ordered goods for collection at local Express store. Had to wait 30 minutes for service. Then they could not find it in store. Told to come back later. On returning they had not found and eventually store manager found it, then blamed staff. The shop was chaotic, with no organisation. Product returned poor quality

Trying to charge 100% increase on sunflower seed,two weeks ago I purchased 700gr for £1:75 this week the price has shot up 100% to £3:00 for 700gr. Tesco say it do to increase cost from the supplies

I purchased a joint of Tesco Finest Topside at a cost of £22.85. It turned out to be made up of three pieces, not a good start and could have been used as boot leather. What a disappointment of a meal!!

I dont know what's going on with the lettuce , tomatoes, red onions but the lettuce is brown 2 days before product date and when I went to store the same batch dated 13th July are sitting on shop floor brown , bought some red onions product date 17th and there soft and same with tomatoes , ive noticed the salap products have been like this for weeks now , thought the new resealable bags on the lettuce would of made a difference to freshness but obviously theres an issue.

The customer service is a disgrace awaiting a damaged wine cooler to be replaced for over 2 weeks. Nobody knows anything I've taken two days off work as was promised it's being collected those days but it's still sitting in my hallway. Would never recommend them for anything, am taking legal action against them.

Order item on the 15th June for delivery on the 21th. Received voicemail 8.58 on the 21th, Item has not arrived for dispatch. No update on the 21st or 22nd Contacted customer service on 23rd, they could not advise anything and will look into it. update in the afternoon... we are still looking into it.... Monday 26th updated to say item will be delivered next Saturday. customer service called Monday to say they are still looking into it.... with no delivery scheduled..... Called customer service on the 27th on same number as every other call, only now the can not answer my questions as "Customer care" are looking into the issue.... Simply discussing service and PP communication. I can only guess this is a totally outsourced online operation, managed by the cheapest bidder. I wish i read these reviews first, I would have paid the £30 more and gone to Homebase and would have been using my item for the last week!!!! BE WARNED.. DO NOT TRUST TESCO.. OMG!!! I have just checked the item and the price has gone up by £100, Yes this is a hot weather item, and we have a heat wave atm... Homebase are now £70 cheaper, but Tesco still have my £300.... Little regards, A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.

Failed to delivery a sofa on the agreed date (after waiting over 6 weeks) and still no one from Tesco or their delivery company ArrowXL can give me a delivery date. Appalling service by Tesco, I would not order anything from them again

I wouldn't give them a star, had a shed delivered 3weeks ago came with missing and broken parts still waiting for shed to be collected,customer service don't seem bothered 15 emails later still waiting.

Happy about shopping in Tescos but your cafe at Stockton branch is another story. The chips seemed to made of some kind of powery substance of which I cannot figur out. The Eggs were over cooked on one side and the cook in their wisdom thought ok have over done that side so I guess I must over cook the other to match. Like rubber they were. The 2 small sausage like objects were totally burned black bright on one side and I was at a loss to figure out what was on the inside as they taisted of nothing at all. Totally bland cheap rubbish.. The only thing on the plate which was really edible were the baked beans. Well lets face it, a complete idiot cannot mess up cooking baked beans, I would have thought. Never again will my wife and I ever go near a Tesco cafe. That is 2 supermarket cafes off out list,ask we wrote off the ASDA cafes years ago. I doubt It cost Tesco more than 25p to put the food on the plates but they had the cheek to chage £5.95 each for our small breakfast which was made up of cheap rubbish food which was very badly cooked to boot. By the way spent the rest of the afternoon on the loo. I wonder why.

its a Tesco express,high prices,miserable staff,they never ask you if you have a Tesco card,the isle's are very narrow ,a wheelchair user would have great difficulty getting around,its just a horribly place to shop,you can't get all of your needs there,its good job we also have a Heron,other wise we WOULD have do our shopping at Tesco.

Lost time. Tesco can't work. Don't want to hear Tesco! 4K6384PMV. Ordered jackets for the entire family. Promised delivery of 3-5 days. Week wrote in support. The answer: "we don't know for sure". After two weeks mail - "As requested, we are processing the refund of your order". Who "requested"? I "requested" my order. Because I paid. Because I waited two weeks. I can't believe. Don't want to hear Tesco!

Ordered a garden bench that was in stock Paid extra for nominated day delivery 5 days later after an email saying it had been despatched didn't come - and after a lengthy phone call was told it wouldn't be delivered till middle of the week after - ruined a birthday surprise - rubbish service

There delivery system is a waste of money, when you get the food it beginning to rot down if its a plastic bag its full of rotten water and stinking smell, you then have to take it to Tesco's your self to get your back, the staff think its so funny.

Don't purchase any tesco insurance, unless you like the idea of not being paid for a claim, they renew without contacting you first, and if you tell them that you have found someone cheaper, they still want full payment and if they cant get that, they want a cancellation fee, and when you tell them, (they are very rude staff) that you did not what it, they jest tell you to pay up and literally f off. customer service at Tesco is non-existent, so save your self time and heart ache, and find any one else.
