Well what can I say. Tesco extra Chesterfield. The security guards are simply untrained thugs that have no idea on what's right and wrong. Be warned they're bullies and care

""If I could have given no stars I would have. Ordered good to be delivered to Caterham Store - go to the store to collect and its not there! I spoke with Tesco Direct who told me that the item had been delivered but had not been checked in - ie - its gone missing - STOLEN!! The only thing can say about it is 'I appreciate your comments, but its out of our control'. Then I was asked if I wanted to order another one but no guarantees that it would be at the store. A refund was requested and I have to wait 5 days for the money. What a crap service from what is meant to be a reputable company - will not be bothering with Tesco Direct again and would certainly urge others to avoid at all costs. Seems that missing goods really doesn't matter to them!

""Oh dear went to Tesco to get some Dettol Mould and Mildew spray but had to buy Tesco's own as the Dettol one was not available...... I totally wasted my money as it had no effect on the mould in a corner of my bathroom so guess what I will be buying today - the Dettol Mould and Mildew which works within 30 minutes of spray, totally dissolves the mould.

"" The manager was very rude when I ask her about the £5 bag, why it's more expensive now ,we were in holiday for 4 months and we didn't know about that .so she could explain nicely and politely that tha Government had changed it , as a " Manager" what example give to the staff by behaved on this manners??

""Only putting 1 star just to leave a comment. Ordered a parcel for click and collect driver delivered it to a wrong store called and they don't know where it is. Women reordered and I told her don't deliver to store deliver to my home address since driver will just get it wrong again. She promised me next day and still not here waiting. Rubbish

useless, told order packaged and labelled then told dispatched 1 week later still no delivery and then told item doesn't exist !!!! hours on site hours on phone and no help at all . Never again

Garbage site .....continually falling over. Tried ordering an item this evening. First of all it kept adjusting the number of items to 2 - I really don't need two pressure washers! After logging out and retrying several times I finally thought I'd gotten as far as checkout - only to be informed that the webpage no longer exists!! Incredibly frustrating and shows why Tesco is no longer the force it once was.

Ordered an item for my sons birthday. Item was out of stock even though it was in stock on web site. Had to chase tesco to find out what was happening. Was told "it would be easier to have a refund and go and buy it from argos" not good from tesco. Waste of time

Attended my local store last week and was subjected to racist rhetoric from a checkout supervisor because I had the audacity to buy what Tesco was selling, a few months ago my son was also left bruised by a Tesco security guard for..... being chased into the store by an older bully. I lodged a complaint with Tescos customer service and conveniently it has been swept under the proverbial carpet. There is a reason why more and more customers are leaving Tesco and shopping elsewhere.

I bought a vacuum cleaner and it stopped working two months later. I called the technical service and they asked me to call the manufacturer directly instead of taking care of the problem themselves. This is against the Consumer Rights Act and, unsurprisingly, also against what they claim in their returns policy web site: "From 30 days after receipt of the goods until 12 months, we will arrange for a repair or replacement of the goods and, if this does not work, a refund." As I'm tired of wrestling Tesco's customer service, I will call the manufacturer myself but, it goes without saying, this is the last time I buy anything from Tesco. There are too many online shops that deal with these problems efficiently to be wasting time on this one.

The clear protective bumper I bought for my iPhone 5c discoloured almost immediately and looked like a grubby brown-tinged mess. DON'T SACRIFICE QUALITY TO SAVE A FEW POUNDS PEOPLE.

I purchased a mobile phone from the Tesco Direct website. The phone arrived but stopped charging within 3 weeks. I sent the phone to be repaired which took 2weeks. As I had no phone I was relying on friends and family to use their phones to try and contact to find out what was going on. Eventually managed to arrange a delivery day, waited all day for the delivery only to find out 2 days later the phone had gone missing. Tesco did not have a replacement for the phone so told me they would refund. 6 weeks and 4 phone calls later I'm still waiting for a refund. Will never use or recommend Tesco Direct again in the future.

tesco … Brought a nintendo switch from tesco direct, recieved a voucher code within hours. On phoning tesco to query this and ask if it could be applied. The manager of head office in dublin was very rude and would not even listen to me, he spoke over me like i wasnt even talking. If i could not have the discount that was fine, but to be rude to me speak over me that is bad customer service. I had to say please can you just listen to me for one moment, but i ended up just hanging the phone up because he would not even answer my questions or listen at all. I will never buy anything from tescos again

When i rang up to querie this and ask if the discount could be applied instead of just saying no and explaining why, the manager said no in a rude manor , wouldnt listern to me talked over me and when i asked him if he could please just listen to me instead of speaking over me he just said read the terms and condtions. It wasnt that the discount couldnt be apllied that anoyed me it was the fact that it was like he wasnt even listening to me, just talked over me. When i said im not buying anything from tescos again he said "ok" . Very rude management, with the attitude the customer is always wrong. The last time i ever shop at tesco.

couldnt order what i wanted as password information is useless..i suppose its a good way to loose custom tesco doesnt cater for the older generation i wont attemp to order anything online again its a total waste of time...a very disgruntled customer..

I ordered a sofa on the 12th of June and was given wed the 19th of July at the latest. A few days before the 19th I get told it will be the 22nd then I receive a call telling me that the 22nd was a mistake it will be on the 25th.. the delivery driver turns up on a the 25th and they have forgot to load the sofa.. I have now been told it will the 3rd of august.. I have 3 children sitting on floor in the summer holidays and all I get is we are sorry!!

Useless. They failed to deliver flowers at all. I ordered flowers to cheer up my Mum on the anniversary of my stepfather's death. Tesco emailed and texted me that they would arrive between 1716 and 1816 No flowers arrived. Apparently DPD "couldn't find the address". They have delivered there twice since May through Tesco so how come they have a problem this time. Rang call centre. Said they could deliver more on Thursday. 2 days after they were supposed to. Spent over half an hour to call centre trying to persuade them to deliver next day. Refused. Offered £5 compensation and a full refund. Really? Is that what it's worth? Then offered £10 compensation which I was told was 500% more than they were supposed to offer. So beware. Tesco don't care if they let you down.
