“Easy to use website and free delivery on tesco items. Can be annoying tho as some items are from other suppliers and the delivery costs only come up at the end. If you have multple suppliers in 1 order it can mount up the delivery costs.”
“I shopped in Tesco at Silverburn, Glasgow today and was served by some really nice staff. What a change from some stores. The man at the fish counter, the lady at the meat counter and the girl on the till were all friendly and chatty and made me feel that my custom was important.
I sometimes find Tesco a little expensive in relation to some other supermarkets but today's service makes it worthwhile.”
“visited your Swansea city centre store today trying to buy a shedfull of my favourite wine while you have the 25% offer.sadly could only grab 12 bottles.
spoke to donna at customer service desk to see if I could get more......THIS GIRL TOTALLY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTIONS....nothing was too much trouble and I look forward to picking up 96 bottles on sunday which she ordered for me.

“Staff bordering on belligerence. Waited until I had left checkout queue to join self service THEN tell me it is card only! Then became aggressive when I had the audacity to voice my disquiet. Unprofessional, rude, poorly trained & not managed well. Will never shop at Tesco again.”
