“I cannot thank the man enough who could see I was using a walking stick and was struggling due to a back problem, he helped me load my items from my trolley and then back into my trolley after I had paid for them and then there he was again collecting trolley's from the car park and yes he loaded my shopping into my car what a very good service I received from that one very kind chap who works in the cam store”

“I have always primarily been a loyal customer of Asda Stores. However,since moving and the only supermarket being Tesco's Stores. At first I was hesitant. But having shopped there,my experiences has been enjoyable,and foremost part uncomplicated. Staff are very freindly,helpful and delightful. However.............. Just as most stores now,reduce indoor stock and have larger stocks online. Ok,some items we really prefare to see what we're investing in. For this I cross reference what I intend to buy online with youtube,for sizes of the items etc,and reviews. Tescos I found offered a great shopping experience,and with a vast variety of stock to meet every demand. And the delivery and collect service,well they too exceed themselves with a four star service. Outstanding Services. Absolutely Recommended.”

“Stupidly I got the wrong cover for my phone and had binned the receipt. However the lad in the phone shop was happy to help and exchange for the correct one. He was polite and helpful”

“A good team managed to help sort out the issue I had although was caused due to yodel not tesco them self so extremely great services I shouldn't have got angry as tesco was not at fault in the end I would like to maybe just say that they should change there courier but tesco thank you for all your help Grieg Simpson your and amazing staff member for tesco hope they know that (Dundee) call centre thank you so much”

“Firstly I got everything I wanted , several bargains, saved £3.49 on the Brand Guarantee and had a coupon for £6.00 . The icing on the cake was a lovely lady on the Checkout called Sylvia who couldn't have been more pleasant and helped me with packing my shopping on 28th October at Downham market Norfolk. Your Slogan of " Every little helps " does not only apply to discounts but more importantly to your staff who are kind and helpful in all sorts of ways and make my shopping experience a pleasure. “I had online delivery at midday. However, as we was rushing out that day for a family birthday celebration. We quickly put the shopping away and ran out the door. When we returned home at 6.30pm we realised tesco had not delivered our baby milk. We needed it that evening as we only had enough for one feed. We rang local stores to try and find it, as it was comfort milk and only selected stores sell it, but nowhere had it in stock. After contacting customer services to explain the situation, they arranged for a driver to deliver it from a store despite the store being closed to the public, as it was a sunday and the store closed at 5pm. So tesco had the baby milk delivered to us at 8.45pm in time for our babies next feed. Excellent service”

“I have recently had surgery and am unable to get my hair wet, when I was leaving the Maidstone store it started raining heavly so my partner went back into store to purchase an umbrella unfortunately there were none in store, however thr staff were amazing and lent me a large Tesco store one, what great staff, thanks so much.”

“I'd like to thank Tesco for being very helpful with my home delivery. I had an issue with my little boy who is on a special diet, meaning having special milk. I had previously bought some of his milk in a different supermarket to tie us over for the evening until my delivery had arrived, on opening the milk it had gone off inside the carton, meaning a grumpy tired baby wanting some milk to go to bed, Tesco was fantastic when I rang them in a panic asking if they knew what time my delivery would be here by. They went above and beyond to bring my delivery earlier to cater for my little boy getting to me in 15 minutes from my phone call, the delivery driver was very helpful, happy and also checked my little boy was ok. I have a delivery every week with tesco and it's always fantastic, with dates and products and drivers are always happy, polite and come within the time slot!”
