“Click and collect service is great. Some great deals on offer and the double of club cards offers are really good. Everything has been available on the collection date with no issues and has always been quick to serve me. Local store is Tesco at mere way Northampton. Great service. I didn't used to like tescos service as they were disinterested in customers but over the past year they have really changed positively which is great.”

“Amazing customer received service from Chris regarding a delivery problem I was faced with - he pulled out all the stops to help, with enthusiasm and commitment. He had to try several routes before he found the right solution but did not give up. This kind of service is all too rare these days so thanks Chris, I really appreciated your help - Merry Christmas! ????”

“I'd like to write a review about a member of staff named Kay In the Newmarket shop There is a new section offering fitness supplements which I'm interested in but was unsure which would benifit me. “I would like to mention three girls at The Bridges Sunderland, Naomi who was extremely helpful with a problem in finding an item for me. Ros on the kiosk and Georgia on the self service tills who always are so friendly and welcoming they feel like friends and always take time to ask how you are with a ready smile and nothing is too much trouble, you know if you need any help they are really keen to give a helping hand. All the staff are nice but felt these three really deserved a mention.”

“I recently had a click and collect order, which unfortunately half my shopping was missing on.I was told by the driver it'd be redelivered.Having spoke to customer services, as the shopping never turned up, I was given £20 good will gesture and received excellent customer service!! Really pleased with the service!!”

“I would just like to say how helpful the young man Michael was at the Tesco store in Sidcup yesterday. I needed some advice with my Hudl (for the second time) and he was really patient and very pleasant. I call him 'my technical advisor.' I have spoken to him on a previous occasion and he was really helpful then. Thank you”

“We had a cooker delivered with a faulty door. It quite obviously hadn't been put together quite right at the factory. Indesit came out and looked at it and said that it should be replaced via Tesco Direct. I must say the service we received from the Tesco Direct Customer Care Team (Emma) was actually very good. Yes we had one competent and friendly person that called us back each time. We had regular calls updating us on the process and even a follow up call after the replacement had arrived to ensure we were happy. The product delivered was absolutely fine so at least all the ovens of that model didn't have faulty doors. Maybe Tesco has realised it has to have a human side to regain its old position. If they provide the care we had, to everyone they deal with, then that will be an excellent start.”
