We are so disappointed with our Tesco deliveries. We moved from Ocado to Tesco and hoped that things had picked up since the last time we used them, unfortunately that is not the case. They either fail to send the items we have ordered or they send goods with very short dates. Very often the fruit and vegetables are of really poor quality, going rotten on the day of delivery. Some items are damaged because no thought is given to what should be transported together eg soft loaves with tins resulting in battered bread? My wife has to ring them after every delivery. What a shame, back to Ocado I think?

Bought a Amazon gift card for my girlfriend from Tesco Trowbridge fit £150 and had problem with get the card redeem, so was told by Tesco Trowbridge I had to ring Amazon, which I did, Amazon checked the card and said there seem to be a problem with that specific gift card as the £150 has not gone anywhere ( to anyone account) and recommend I go back to Tesco ( they sent me an email as proof of the conversation I had with them& and only to be told by tesco they can not do anything. But was very happy in the first place to take my £150 of me. Now I gave list the money and gave got nothing to show for this. Plus the staff at tesco Trowbridge I found rude unhelpful, and girlfriend without her xmas present. Will never shop there again and will make sure everyone know about the bad service

Kaz Aimes works on the Wine department in the Hednesford store, on 15/12/20 she went out of her way to assist my purchase of malt whisky. This is not the first time Kaz has been of help, she is always willing to help & goes out if her way to ensure the customer is satisfied with their purchase and she deserves to be recognized & rewarded for this.

Since lockdown we have relied on Tesco deliveries for our weekly shopping. We live in an awkward part of Stroud (awkward for access, that is), and have always been impressed by the drivers who have delivered for us, always cheerful and polite, despite having to lug trays of our shopping down three flights of steps and along a pedestrian street to reach us. As my wife and I have both been sheltering during this time this has been a very valued lifeline.

Tesco stock control is so poor that an order placed at 23.00hrs shows product available, but when picked a couple of hours later the product is unavailable. Need new computer software.

For several weeks at weymouth Tesco couldn't get any of the offers without a clubcard so just get broccoli in there and go else where to shop, also Christmas music blasting out so people have to shout louder & risk spreading Corona viruses, same old songs we heard for the last 40+ years

hello, we are a group of therapy staff working at Weston park hospital in shefffield. we have tried several mince pies over the past few weeks and feel we should share our result with you. Tesco finest all butter mince pies with cognac brandy and port beats all other products we tried. the pastry was so rich and buttery. the filling ample and the taste was delicious. we tried 10 mince pies and your mince pies are the best.

Tesco store in Sandy. There is litter around the car park and along the road into Sandy. The store no longer stock Tesco Organic Whole Milk, Wright’s Cake Mix and many other items I used to buy regularly. I already shop at the Co-op for bread and mince pies. The quality is so much better.

Store number is 5871 Newport Express store. I went in on Sat 14/11/20 about 2pm and one male staff member was being really disrespectful about another female staff member, he was slating herr to customers. I found this so embarrassing and not the way tesco staff should be behaving this way in front of customer and on the shop floor. I did not know which way to look and was so horrified that that I have not returned to the store because if this member of staff could do this about a colleague what is he saying about Tesco's customers. This behaviour is very disgraceful, very unprofessional not befitting a tesco staff member.

I used to shop at Tesco alfreton But since they started the new saver scheme found they are price hiking on most products went in for a 200gram Kenco coffee it was £4.00 a jar originally without discount card was charging £7.00 per jar, i was totally disgusted with this and left the store, went to Farm Foods Ripley and got 2 200gram jars Kenco for the price tesco charge for 1 jar, in my eyes they are price hiking to make up for there losses, I will shop at lidle and farm foods in future, they deserve to lose all there customers as i do not want a discount card, they are going down hill fast, M Newton
