“Have taken payment twice for the second time, Tesco blame the bank when it's their system taking and holding on to the second payment. This has been happening to people since 2019 so it's not a "glitch on the system" that they're "fixing".”

“I have always been impressed by my local store at Belmont Tesco. Last March they quickly put in social distancing guidelines and cleaning trolley routines. There is always cleaning fluid and hand sanitiser available , the staff are always friendly and constant polite announcements are broadcast to remind customers to be courteous to staff and one another and to follow government guidelines. As far as I am concerned supermarket staff are the forgotten heroes.”

“I am a regular customer of your Local Tesco at Shore Road in Poole. I would like to thank your wonderful staff who have been amazing during the Covid-19 Pandemic. I am 74 years old and on 21st December, late at night, I was locked out of my apartment next door to your shop. My front door had been damaged by strong winds but 2 of your staff immediately came to my assistance and even offered me a seat and cup of tea whilst I was waiting for the door to be released.
