“My nearest tesco store is 30 mins away so i opt for their home delivery option and on every occassion i seem to get the same driver and he is extremely helpful and has fab customer service .”

“If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a present over a month and a half ago and every week they keep telling me it’s on its way when I ring them. The last time I rang them they said it was still not dispatched”

“The quality of this store has been declining recently, with various products I've noticed being taken off the shelves permanently - including lighter/healthier products such as light condensed milk and eat lean protein cheese. Despite this, the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about products the store does still stock.”

“Very rude and unprofessional response when I asked for a 10p bag( turned her face otherside and said take this in a very rude way ) . Very disappointed I came very happily after finishing my work on the way to home but that shopping experience made me really upset because of the self service assistant’s (Charlotte (this was the name on her name badge) very unprofessional service at Jarman park Tesco at Hemel Hempstead. I’m not going to stop shopping in there because of a one Silly customer assistant but definitely not if I want to go home happier or maintain a good mood. Also I have to mention I rarely see a bad assistant like her in this store and the rest of all are kind, polite, & very freiendly towards me whenever I’m there for shopping by myself or with my family.Thank you for them..”

“Bad. Tesco at whim fell way gravesend been shopping there since open spend 200 plus a week no more every time I go over in summer no beer or wine in fridges come on its summer gone over afternoon 2 o'clock beer not in fridge complain resent to other shop as usual went back 7 o'clock today told staff beer still in crates they laugh ed last summer has hapened about six times in crates out back stacking shelves with toilet rolls and tins management terrible no more I”

“My problem was with the customer service department! Beware of any phone numbers on, 'certain' guarantee phamplets. The one I first used, was a premium number, Tesco will argue , all their phone numbers are "free phone". Not impressed at all !!”

“Knaresborough high street Tesco... a staff member called Garry. What a wonderful employee he is. He made each customer interaction personal and I saw so many smiles and heard lots of laughter. When it was my turn, he was lovely. Whenever I’ve been into this store and I’ve seen him working, his customer service is incredible and deserves the acknowledgement.”

“Nearly 90 minutes to order online shop, password and email incorrect. Eventually log in,hardly any fresh fruit or vegetables, meal deal limited, 1 choice of chicken ,no meat free, 2 desserts , 2 sides. At checkout offers did not come off so bill higher than expected. Rang customer services, cut off twice, cancelled whole order,. Shocking servive.”

“Had a delivery last night 03/07/2018 and the second one, last delivery was very poor and this one was diabolical , missing items of Tia Maria (same as last time), TESCO'S have gone down hill and only care about money and nothing else, so long as you spend they are happy!! THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT...SAINSBURYS, ASDA, MORRISSONS ALL GET IT RIGHT!!!!! WAKE UP TESCO'S”

“Only half my delivery came, half someone’s else’s. We had to unpack the shopping and tick it back! Driver had to take back what was not mine! Phoned help line and spoke to a guy who sounded bored out of his brains. I am now waiting 2 hours later for my shopping to come. I was offered my deliver charge back and a £5 voucher!!! Also lots of substitutes! Never again! They call this easy shopping!!!!”
