Your pretty, lacy thermal vests are the absolute tops and in my opinion the very best available. Price wise very reasonable ie sleeveless £6 and with long sleeves £7. They are comfortable and so warm to wear - I am truly delighted with them - thanks Tesco.

Tesco free from - Christmas cake mix. Following instructions I a ) Greased my tin, b) emptied dry ingredients in to bowl, went to empty dried fruit into bowl and realised it was DRY. I could barely squeeze a raisin so I soaked the fruit in the brandy for several hours to resuscitate it the proceeded to make the cake. After 55 mins I checked the oven and the cake was cooked. When it had cooled for 90 minutes I cut a little square from the bottom so that I could taste it, HORRIBLE, dry , tasteless and uninteresting, all the things a Christmas cake shouldn't be. My husband said it might be OK with a pint of custard poured over the top, but in fairness he'd eat just about anything with if custard accompanied it. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I'll use my own recipe in future.

Just popped in to my local Tesco in Preston Torbay today. In and out in good time and got what I wanted. But....what I did find annoying was the member of staff who was serving me having a conversation with another member of staff as if I never existed...the usual conversation of where are you going tonight, what shift are you doing next weekend. Please advise your staff that when serving customers don't just scan the goods they are purchasing but make eye contact with them and converse eoth them rather then your mates who you are working with. It's called....Customer First..

The breakfast was unfit to eat. Not cooked properly and tasted disgusting. I left it behind, it was that bad. I am not a fussy eater but I do expect food to be cooked properly, I'm surprised no one's been ill.

I have until recently had my orders delivered by Ocado, i decided to try Tesco as i had some money accumulated on vouchers. I will not be using Tesco again. Short dates on most products, bread not as requested, ordered unsliced got sliced with less than two days shelf life. Ocado advertised shelf life promises exceed Tesco quite significantly, and when my orders arrive, the products always exceed the advertised shelf life. Not impressed, just glad I did not order ready meals. As a test Tesco have failed miserably.

Purchased this on the phone as i wanted to make sure i was able to get the priority Christmas bookings. Was told it was all fine and when to go online for a slot, needed as going on a large family holiday so trying to shop for 12 people for over a week would be a nightmare. I only purchased this for the priority slot as i don't need home delivery. Pre filled my basket almost £800 worth of shopping the day before the slots opened i rang with a question only to be told i had been given the wrong info, i couldn't have the priority booking and had wasted my vouchers. Complained stating my issues told there was nothing they could except speak to the advisor so she didn't do it again. Thankyou Tesco i am up the creek withno paddles and a big hole in my boat. Angry is putting it mild.

I called in at Finden Tesco (not my usual store) and Luke was extremely helpful in supporting me to find goods. I was surprised to find a well stocked store with a great variety of tempting Christmas goodies which I could not resist buying. I will look forward to returning soon

My daughter and I were the costa cafe in Fareham Tesco with her two small children. She was just about to carry her tray loaded with hot drinks when a tesco manager, called Steve, who was aslo there as a customer, as he was on his break, offered to carry her tray. When he placed the tray on the table he performed a magic trick for the children and magically produced a £1 coin for them both !!!! He was such a lovely man, he truly went the extra mile.

your employees specially managers are rude and do not care about customers. This particular employee who happens to be a manager also was very rude and other customers have also witnessed him being very rude in the past also. Something should be done about this individual!

don't bother with ww3w.tescoviews.com, even if you have a valid, recent receipt, it still keeps making stupid excuses to stop you from leaving feedback.

Don't bother looking for hamster food for you child's much loved pet hamster over Christmas, all the Tesco stores have had to take the only small bag of hamster food they sell off the shelves to make room for all the doggie Christmas stockings and treats, but that's OK, because you can still buy food for your child's hamster at MORRISONS, at least morrisons care about ALL pets.

I use delivery service due to being a non-driver and have nothing but praise for packers, drivers, and customer service lines so would have given 4/5 stars except for the fact that in the christmas catalogue all the large deserts except 1 and half the vegetarian meals contain palm oil, kernel or fat. Come on Tescos surely you can do better than that!
