“I used to purchase Tesco's Value Fruit Cocktail Trifle probably more often than I should. However the 'Miss Molly' bdanded one that has replaced it is awful and I won't buy it. Please bring the old one back.”

“Their online grocery delivery has let me down on more than one occasion when they have literally failed to deliver. Added to this radio silence and BS from the customer service call centre. Communication is AWOL! This doesn't help nor does their unapologetic and cocky attitude the following day.”

“I went to Tesco york Clifton moor for breakfast. It’s was absolutely disgusting. The bacon was well salty, mushroom undercooked, tomatoes was undercooked, no beans, the best bit was the egg and toast, never again with I go there!!! The was dirty and the knifes and folks were dirty!!”

“'ve been shopping at Tesco for 20y. The quality of their products has declined in the last few years particularly with the bakery. Yet their prices still go up.The quality of their baked rolls is poor - hard/ overbaked and they hardly produce any wholemeal rolls. They used to produce rustic rolls which were wholesome and healthy and very popular yet stopped doing this a few years ago and now most of their bakery rolls are white which is not healthy particularly to those with health problems like diabetes. I've now started shopping at asda which has a better bakery and is cheaper. The last straw was with the poor quality of coriander they started providing 4 weeks ago - small stringy pieces thrown and tangled up in the bag unlike the previous long bunched ones they sold for years. It seems they are trying to cut their costs at the expense of quality.”

“Unsafe for families with children as homeless are harassing for money on all entry and exit points especially where we are validating or parking tickets. My kids did not feel safe and it took them nearly 2 weeks for get over what they experienced. To improve repeat business at Slough Tesco please remove all homeless off your site.”

“After 2 years of shopping at Tesco Aberdare and putting up with unstocked shelves every time I shop, especially in the fresh produce section. I have to shop late evening and find that it is hit and miss if the fresh produce is stocked properly, more miss than hit, even though the store is open until midnight. Tonight has just confirmed that I need to try Aldi, as at half 9, not only were the the shelves not stocked, but the lights had been turned off in the chilled cabinates. Not exactly inviting you to shop. This isn't the first time either. Bye bye Tesco”

“Recently I had to go into hospital for open heart surgery ,I was told to purchase suitable bra,s staff in Tesco were top class at helping me also stated that if it wasn't right I could change it no fuss just a very friendly face and a real lot of help Than you Tesco for your time and help , not been a young woman myself I got the best help I could possibly ask for ,a new customer of Tesco now I am”

“Great customer service they listen to their customers and provide for all dietary requirements such as gluten free. Other stores such as Aldi has forgotten these customers who are coeliacs as they want maximum profit however it is slightly shortsighted. Tesco’s listen to their customers and you can get nearly everything you require.”

“it took me a week and 5 service agents to find out that they do not have any delivery slots to Galway, Ireland. This wasted about 3 hours of my time - not impressed - don't advertise you deliver somewhere - when you don't !!”
