Was a little disappointed with the lack of products available. There seemed to be a lot of space on the shelves where items should be but were either out of stock or the shelves had not been re-stocked.

Everything was as they said it would be. Parcel was at local collection point on time. Staff were friendly and helpful

Tesco direct were easy to deal with and their emails kept me updated with the status of my order. I liked the way I was able to pick up my order from a local Tesco express rather than having to go to one of their larger stores.

Their self service machines don't shout at you like the ones in Morrisons. I'm constantly reverting back to a 9 year old boy and saying sorry, and I'm not sure what for! I sometimes go out to my car and have a cry and then look in the mirror and tell myself "you're better than this graham, get it together!" And turn my self help audiobook on that's entitled "how to deal with self service robot machines shouting instructions at you, and why you shouldn't let it drag you down". After 45 mins of that, I finally feel confident enough to drive home; but then I realise I've used all my tissues and have to go back into Morrisons and the cycle begins again! Please send help!

Next day in store delivery, free of charge and easy to take things back for a refund when necessary.

They have a large range of products and plenty of delivery slots. On the downside, all slots over the next few days are expensive, and they have been out of stock on some very basic products recently, e.g. salad, yet I can find it in my local outlet the same afternoon.

I am an OAP and struggle to use my mobile phone. Dave, the salesman at the Durrington store in West Durrington ,has the kindest manner and always "sorts me out" with respect. I find I learn a little more from him each time I seek help. All of the sales team are helpful at this store with very friendly manners.

Failed to delivery a sofa on the agreed date (after waiting over 6 weeks) and still no one from Tesco or their delivery company ArrowXL can give me a delivery date. Appalling service by Tesco, I would not order anything from them again

Order item on the 15th June for delivery on the 21th. Received voicemail 8.58 on the 21th, Item has not arrived for dispatch. No update on the 21st or 22nd Contacted customer service on 23rd, they could not advise anything and will look into it. update in the afternoon... we are still looking into it.... Monday 26th updated to say item will be delivered next Saturday. customer service called Monday to say they are still looking into it.... with no delivery scheduled..... Called customer service on the 27th on same number as every other call, only now the can not answer my questions as "Customer care" are looking into the issue.... Simply discussing service and PP communication. I can only guess this is a totally outsourced online operation, managed by the cheapest bidder. I wish i read these reviews first, I would have paid the £30 more and gone to Homebase and would have been using my item for the last week!!!! BE WARNED.. DO NOT TRUST TESCO.. OMG!!! I have just checked the item and the price has gone up by £100, Yes this is a hot weather item, and we have a heat wave atm... Homebase are now £70 cheaper, but Tesco still have my £300.... Little regards, A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.
