Can't thank Sam enough for the wonderful service after my sister got a flat tyre in a hire car in Aylesbury. Europcars were awful, but the AA were brilliant. Thanks again Sam.

It all started with a wonderful customer service agent, Cindy Ross who lead me to the website were I signed up. From there needed service for a flat tire. The response was impeccable-a customer service agent responded to me within 15 minutes gave me an almost exact time someone would be servicing me, a wonderful gentleman named Jamie came, he was thoughtful and answered all my questions, he was knowledgeable and had a great personality working with Nelson's. Thank you AAA and all the wonderful people and superb customer service. A customer always!!!

My car broke down on Wednesday 25th October in Hetton le Hole at a busy time. After a straightforward process to contact the AA, assistance (Pete)was with me within the hour. He spent a long time doing a temp repair and was very patient explaining to me what was wrong.10/10 for a brilliant and patient worker.

On 30th August 2023 in Huddersfield my car had a flat battery. As part of my Ford Assist policy they immediately sent a mechanic from the AA who was very efficient, polite and friendly. I would like to thank both him and the customer service team for their professional and thorough service.

I had a flat battery. Rowan came and start up the car for me and noticed that it's a new battery which I have recently purchased from them before. But the battery was a smaller size than what my car wld actually need. So he's gone that extra mile to make sure that I wouldn't get another flat battery anytime soon. He rang the manager to explain and they decided to replace it with a bigger battery. He also cleaned the parts that's been corroded before connecting it to the new battery. And for this, I give Rowan a 5 star review, for his excellence customer service.

AA customers services are always friendly and polite when assisting my cars. I spoke to Arun today and he was very professional. Our service officer was Chris both myself and my mother appreciated how informative and helpful Chris was with our vehicle. He was really friendly, polite easy to talk to. He was happy to share his knowledge of what would the next best course of action for our Van. Thank you Chris!

I've been a member of AA for 22 years, roadside care and vehicle insurance, and I've always found them to be excellent. Don't have to wait long for a call to be answered, people always patient, friendly and helpful, not had to wait long for callouts. When I wrote off my four wheel drive it was retrieved promptly and the road able to be cleared, and as I had a police report number the agreed payout went into my bank overnight! I don't know how their okinsurance prices are as it's complicated to do a comparison but I won't be looking as I feel I couldn't ask for more.

I wanted to say a big thank you to Paul who attended to my car today. What a lovely kind professional guy he was. Explained everything he was doing to my car to get me back on the road. Unfortunately on this occasion he could not fix my car at the roadside but spoke to my designated garage and explained my issues. He told me car was booked in and would be collected by the AA on the Monday and they would delivery my car for repair to mu garage. Thank you Paul.

Absolutely đź’Ż happy with my experience on 3/8/23 a gentleman named Paul came very quickly and diagnosed my car as needing a new battery for me . Very helpful, very cheerful, .I'm was very happy and impressed by the service would highly recommend AA

As usual the AA breakdown service was second to none. A very calm and helpful lady spoke to me to ascertain my whereabouts and put my mind at rest. Joe who arrived within the time stated was brilliant and enabled my car to be driven home. I could not get better service anywhere and am so grateful

Had an AA quote to travel to Slovenia on motorcycle. Josh provided me with a quote and advised me to check my new bike warranty. He said he’d call me back in 24 hours. Yes it’s covered for Europe. and yes he rang me back. 10/10 for great service.

I was issued equipment by Access To Work as an employee by the AA. This equipment was not installed correctly and as a result was discriminated by the AA management. I am a registered blind person and do believe they wonted to get rid of me. The AA have tried to do this several times in the past, as they do not like persons with a disability. I can give details of this and do intend getting legal help for a dismissal which was of no fault of my own. I can prove this. The Managing Director of the AA pushed me aside. Middle management at thr Oldbury Call Centre West Midlands have discriminated against me on several occasions throughout my 26 years as a dedicated employee. Can you help Lakin Rann

Broke down outside my workplace in York. Within an hour, Zack was on hand to get me moving again. Lots of explaining and advice, and very efficient. Great service and a decent guy. 5 stars.

30/03/2023 Andy attended us in Spalding today. Very quick and efficient. He identified the problem very quickly and fixed it to a high standard. Really importantly though he was friendly and professional and courteous. He took the time to explain what was going on and what he was doing when I asked. Absolutely couldn't recommend him more highly.
