“Ms. Shari on flight AA 1034 from Guadalajara-Chapala to Dallas was great. I had emergency knee surgery two days prior my travel. She assisted me in every way possible, from checking up on me, to providing an ice pack. The rest of the crew was great, and Captain got us home with half hour to spare.”

“I had a puncture today on the M23 the AA arrived in 50 mins put a temporary wheel on for me followed me to a tyre shop. He explained everything to me as it happened even got them to close of a lane so I could get out of the escape area fantastic service and really friendly aa man well done and thank you for taking care of me Keith Brighton”

“I used the AA service for the first time ever due to a flat tire on the motorway at night, we were saved by a wonderful man called Anthony who came and met us in our dilemma. After getting us off the road to safety, he was very kind and helpful making me feel at ease and look at possible solutions. He helped us come with the best possible plan to get the car fixed and communicated with my insurance scheme arranging accomodation so we weren't stuck outside in Swindon for the night waiting to get the car sorted. He even called around and took us to multiple accomodations till found one as most places were fully booked. He really went above and beyond anything I was ever expecting. A really incredible guy who fixed the problem and made me feel really safe too. Thank you Anthony for everything and AA I will be signing up to a membership with you.”

“today I couldn't start my car in Picton and called AA. The car started b4 the AA mechanic arrived and when I got him on the phone to let him know it had started he discussed all possible reasons why it periodically won't start. As I was nervous about it happening again I asked him to take a look anyway. Vaughan (Picton) found the problem very quickly and fixed it. We had had the car to the garage 3 times, spent a lot of money, and no one had recognised this problem. He also found a rats nest under the bonnet! Vaughan, the AA guy went more than the extra mile, gave me loads of info and I am incredibly grateful. Thankyou Vaughan.”

“Saturday, 14th sept 2024 we had a tyre blow out on our motorhome near the A14 junction with the A1, northbound near Peterborough. The AA man (Alan, i believe) arrived within half an hour & provided absolutely first class service - I can’t praise him highly enough. He got us to where we needed to be & recommended the best course of action for us to get the tyre mended & get home safely. Phil & Jane”

“Stuck in Northampton after my husbands car broke down. Despite car being in multi story carpark and it being a run in Northampton for 4 hours with road closure Adam managed to get the car down out of carpark and diagnosed the cars failure and arranged a truck to collect us and take us all the way home. Hue arrived 2 hours later and he was absolutely brilliant. We are disabled and found him to be understanding of our needs. He went out of his way to stop at a services on way to where car was dropped off. Outstanding service will always stay with the AA”

“For the first time ever, we had to call the AA to rescue us after a breakdown. Using their Relay service they took us and our vehicle 220 miles to our home. The two drivers, Mark, and the second whose name I have sadly forgotten, were absolute professionals - courteous, considerate and reassuring. It's good to know there are such people just a couple of phone calls away - Robert.”

“I have 3 cars, 2 are over 20 years old, the youngest is 12. With vehicle's like this, there will be niggly issues that arise. No matter what the fault or where I've been travelling in the UK when they occur, the AA has always swiftly and effectively solved my issues - even unusual ones such as my soft top not re-attching to the main body correctly. The road side help, towing and at home assistance has been perfect each time, and each AA technician has been friendly and kind.”
