“Hi team, I would like to let you know about a repair my Porsche Cayman S received today in the carpark at the Dun Cow. I have cover through my RBS bank account and I can honestly say, it is money well spent! The mechanic Neal was exceptional! He took a real interest and professional attitude in the AA’s commitment to “getting you back on the road”, even though I asked “where’s the low loader” when he arrived. His total dedication to the cause was absolutely second to none! I was stranded 60+ miles from home, and no garages in the area were either interested in helping, or were too busy to assist. Neal was absolutely superb, knowledgeable beyond anything I have ever seen, his attitude in helping a stranded customer is a total credit to him, you have a gem there! Thank you again for all your help today! Richard”

“Clutch master cylinder packed up on VW Touran ln remote area of Mid Cornwall with no internet access. Phoned AA. Transit van arrived within thirty minutes. He spent some time trying to get the clutch partially working. Then towed us eight miles round the Cornish lanes to our garage in the centre of Truro and then drove us another mile back to our home address. Very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the gentleman’s name. Very impressed.”

“Broke down saibsburys petrol station, eastbourne Brilliant service from phoning the helpline (the assistant was calming and efficient) to the AA engineer who came to my rescue! I want to say a big thank you to Liam. I phoned the AA because I dropped my oil cap in the engine. After looking for it with a torch to no avail. Liam found it! My hero!! Thank you AA.”

“A breakdown on my car at home. The AA were very efficient, notified me when they expected to arrive, couldn’t solve the problem so followed me to my garage and then waited whilst my car was booked in for repair. Very kindly, the driver, Cameron, then gave me a lift back to my front door, for which I was extremely grateful. Thank you very much for the AA’s assistance…..more than happy!”

“Broke down yesterday on A47 near kingslyn at 5.15 pm and AA was with us in about 20 minutes though told a hour ,was well pleased friendly guy fixed in about twenty minutes well done Patrick great guy 10 / 10 for service”

“Insanely impressed! My daughter took out cover just a few weeks ago, and unfortunately had a breakdown incident yesterday where the battery had been drained due to an incorrectly fitted dashcam. Reporting the issue was so easy online, and we had an AA van with us within just over an hour! They resolved the issue, and the service was just excellent. Will be recommending far and wide, well done AA!”

“Being a member for a number of years I have had a misfortunes of break downs, the have always responded and being able to get me back home safely although at times had to wait due to the location or traffic they kept me updated and even have taken my vehicle to a garage of choice to be repaired.”

“Ms. Shari on flight AA 1034 from Guadalajara-Chapala to Dallas was great. I had emergency knee surgery two days prior my travel. She assisted me in every way possible, from checking up on me, to providing an ice pack. The rest of the crew was great, and Captain got us home with half hour to spare.”
