This was one of the best customer services I have had this year!!! I appreciated the follow up, texts, email confirmation and that they did EXACTLY what they said they would do!!! They did an outstanding job! I would rate it a 10 star if I could! Thanks so much!!!

Your store employees were fine your delivery drivers are rude rough and unacceptable will never shop your store again

Beyond satisfied with product, sales and delivery. Betty the sales rep did an superb job finding and listening to my needs as well as Zach and Blake with delivery and setup. I couldn’t be happier and the product looks and fits well with my home.

The 3 star review is not so much about the store (our ecperience in the store, with our salesman was worthy of 4.5 stars); its about a 5 month wait we endured for delivery of our recliners. Most people will not wait 5 months for furniture.

No one would ever call and tell me what was going on. I always had to call. It took this little ottoman from March until recently to come in. If someone would have just called me at least once a month it would have made me feel better. I heard the sales agent Betty only one time.

I purchased an armoire several months ago that had damages to it. They sent someone out who discovered that there were significant damages and it needed to be replaced. It took them several months to replace it, but it was delivered on this past Saturday. The armoire is different in that the doors do not swing out and fold back like the other one. The delivery driver noticed it and pointed it out to us. I think this should have been brought to our attention that we were getting something other than what we had initially purchased. It's ok b/c we still like the piece, I just feel like it should have been brought to our attention instead of trying to pass it off on us.

The salesman in the store was great, but everything after that was awful. The delivery guys were rude and unwilling to work with me to get the couch into my house. They wouldn’t leave the couch, that I paid in full for, at my house either. Then when I called the store to speak with customer service I could never get anyone to return my call or help me. I did finally get a full refund, including the delivery fee, but it took an act of congress.

Great place to shop, I love our salesperson Kevin. He was the greatest. We will be back and purchase again from Kevin. He was kind, and understanding and I love that he was not a pushy salesperson. Oh I did not see an ad of any kind, I have always noticed the store from the interstate and I have visited the store before, but never made a purchase so I knew when I did make a purchase it would be from your store.

I had no problem with any personnel. It was frustrating that the mdse was on order so long but that is not the fault of the store. Delivery service guys were super --- and made sure the chairs were placed where we wanted them. Not sure if they work for your store as the truck did not say Great American Home store.

We had an excellent transaction from the moment we arrived at the GAHS in Southhaven. We were greeted immediately upon walking into the store. Explained what we were looking for. Taken to the chair lift recliners. Found actually what we were looking for. The price was within our price range. We had decided to have the chair delivered and setup. The delivery guys were very professional. Setup our chair. Checked to make sure everything was working correctly. This was our first visit but definitely won’t be our last. Totally satisfied with The great American Home Store.
