“The Sales Lady was Great. I like the fact she was very concerned about our needs and she had the wonderful attitude. So refreshing to have a person like her. I haven't stopped there in a long time but she made us feel welcomed. And I've spent over 10 plus thousands with you in the pass. But afterwards the extra warranties was frivolous and not Wirth the extra monies paid. And tugs salesman at that time could care less. But I really feel good about this person.”

“The young lady who assisted me upon each of my visits, this past weekend, was amazingly cordial and very knowledgeable about the product purchased. On Saturday, I made two separate purchases. The first one was a mattress for a queen-size bed and a queen foundation. Before leaving the store, she and I had a conversation about the foundations (as I was expecting to purchase two full foundations as well; maybe at a later time). She showed me two full-size foundations that would work for the two full-size beds with rails that I was interested in purchasing. The prices were a steal. Needless to say, I left the store after purchasing the queen mattress/foundation, two full-size foundations and bed/rail sets. After receiving a call on Labor Day that I could pick up the two beds from the warehouse, my husband and I rushed back to the store and purchased with the same salesperson, two mattresses for the full-size beds. As I write this review, I am not looking at my sales receipt; therefore the name of the person is not mentioned. However, I hope that you recognize the potential for greatness in the young woman.”

“I waited 6 months for my furniture, understanding supply chain constraints. However, when you are provided over 5 delivery within that 6 months time span one can see how someone may become “frustrated”. After more than 6 months it was delivered on Saturday only to be put together incorrectly. When I questioned the delivery person he assured me it was correct it was just the imbalance of my floor. I recorded and took pictures and sent to the store. The delivery manager confirmed what I stated, it was put together incorrectly. I had to take off from work and have 2 people from the store and repair it. The key word is REPAIR. Its brand new. Why in the world would it need repairing?! Excluding the salesperson the worse experience in service I have ever had.”

“Great store. Professional salesperson not to mention the large inventory of beautiful furniture. My sales person Andrew was very kind and helpful. The only negative is the delivery man who was rude.and seemed angry, at having to move two tables. and the sectuonal did not work for me. Have ordered another one and can hardly wait for its arrival”

“Got what I ordered but the top of one of the side rails is chipped and I can’t use the top spots on the headboard and footboard as there is nowhere to screw it into”
