“It’s ridiculous that your delivery doesn’t come with pick up at that price. I’m still trying to figure out what to do with my old couch”

Our White Glove Delivery Service does currently include inspection, set up, and any required assembly of your new furniture in the room of your choice, as well as the removal of any packing material that it was transported in. “Took a year to get ordered furniture hit a call that it was finally in and would be delivered they might before delivery got another call that I need to fill out more papers.”

“My saleman, Joe, was great. Helpful but not a pest. I was MOST impressed when we picked up my furniture. The tall, caucasian man who assisted us was polite, informative and extremely helpful. We arrived at the pickup area right a noon and the doors weren't open. This man was sitting in his car and saw us waiting. He got out and told us they would be opened soon (he didn't have a key) but he called the store to let them know we were at the dock. He represented your company very well. Even my husband commented how great he was.”

“Do you really want me too? I just looked up adjustable bed frames online your website. RETAIL 230.00 I was charged 799.00. I am furious. Plus my mattress is not what O wanted, not the same as store”

“I did not receive a call that the furniture ordered was in Memphis. That was ok; but then I was told to get it delivered to Southaven, which is where I ordered it, I had to pay the balance. This was not in the writing I received at the time of the deposit. In effect, I had to pay 100% of the cost with no furniture to see. I just had to trust the store. Again, I wasn't told this upfront and it wasn't in writing. This needs to be changed! Mr. Becker was unable to be reached.”

“The three stars has no impact on the sled person that helped me, Leigh was awesome and helped me every way she could great sales person in my book, with the exception of delivery I worked up till 12:30 daily and they still scheduled me at 11:30-1145 am”

“We decided to switch to a King size bed. Found a headboard that matched our bedroom at a reasonable price. Picked out a king set…box and mattress. We had it delivered and we are very pleased with everything. Sleeping great.”
