“We worked with Joe at Great American Home Store in Memphis. He was great! He helped us pick out the perfect bedroom suite and kept in constant contact with us about when our backordered items were expected in. It took a little time to come in, but it was worth the wait! We love our new furniture and couldn't be happier. We did have a small crack in one of the side rails and a chip in the corner of the footboard, but I called the same day and scheduled a technician to come out. He touched up the footboard and you can't even tell there was a chip. He ordered us a new side rail too. Great experience overall especially after dealing with another furniture store that did not even bother to call us to let us know that our furniture's due date kept changing.”

“The saleslady was beyond helpful and knew the products in the store. We told her what what style we were looking for and she showed us exactly what I was looking for! The quality of the pieces we purchased was high and we were most pleased. We will do business there again!!”
