“Great service. VET friendly. Nice items at fair prices. Most items are in the warehouse. I was able to take my items home the same day.”

“My review would be no stars but that was not an option. This was my worst experience shopping for furniture ever. Customer satisfaction is very lacking. I just regret that I didn't do some research & learned more about this store before I shopped there. I would recommend that anyone do so before shopping for furniture anywhere.”

“We visited the Great American Home Store Outlet (Summer Ave in Memphis, TN) on October 16, 2021. We were looking to purchase 2 recliners. The salesperson who helped us was Jeannie Johnson. She was wonderful; greeted us as we entered the store and showed us the many recliners and gave plenty of time to try them out and find the ones we wished to purchase. She quickly wrote up the invoice and took us to the cashier for payment. We opted to have the recliners delivered to our home. The delivery date was set for anytime the day of October 22, 2021. I received to calls confirming the delivery company. Around 11 the morning I received a call from the men who were delivering the chairs and they arrived within 20 min. They brought the chairs in and had them set up in about 10 min. Very efficient and courteous. The whole experience was wonderful.”

“I absolutely love my new couch from here! At no fault of there own, it did take a while for the couch to come in, but I was told that on the front end. They were very helpful and friendly during the buying process. I will be buying from here again!”

“I came in to your pepperchase location in need of a recliner for my fiancee who just had major open heart surgery Danny Alexander was amazing. He listened to my story and helped me find the perfect chair and at a very good price. I will definitely be back again.”
