Staff was so friendly and helpful. Listened to what we wanted and took us to the options that were available in stock b/c we didn't have time to wait on shipping delays!

The sales people at the store are excellent and were willing to work with me when I made a boo-boo in choosing a chair and ottoman that was much too big for a room I was adding on to my home. I had no problem trading what I had originally bought with something much more suitable. Thank you great American home store.

We canceled our order from Ashley Furnitire because of multiple delays and poor customer service. We were hesitant but hopeful and then delighted for a different experience at Great American. During this time of delays and months of waiting for most everything, we all need to exercise our patience. But poor customer service, rudeness and being lied to should never be tolerated! Even though I cannot remember the salesman's name at Great American, I remember that he listened to us and what we wanted. More importantly, after the sale, when I called to ask questions or ask for confirmation on delivery, there was competency and kindness. Then when delivery day arrived, several men arrived on time and were careful, polite, courteous and went out of their way to teach us how to dissassemble the sectional f/when the need arrived. I also appreciated how the guys worked well together. All this to say that this was a much better experience than what I've recently experienced from the competition. Time will tell regarding the quality of the sectional and how long it holds up, but for now, I think I've found my go to furniture store!!

I ordered 2 yards should've been 72" long they sent 1 1/4 it was 44" long I'm very unhappy with this 😕

I quickly needed a low profile bedding foundation, I called n was assured there were plenty ion hand. My brother took his truck n warehouse men helped load, payment quickly made and before lunch it was on my bed. Very pleased. Price was very fair, as I’d made other inquiries. I’ve bought furniture previously at GAHS.

The movers were on time. One black guy. One white guy. The white guy was the one who actually brought the box spring into our home. He was pleasant at first. I’m like ok he’s nice let me tip him. I had a large bill. Left the house to get change. Came back. He was picking my daughters television up off the floor. I knew he knocked it over. Otherwise why would he be picking it up off the hardwood floor. He then lied about it. I’ve called and called. No answers. No response. Poor service. So he ruined my daughter’s television and then lied about it.

This was my first time in your store. I found the perfect recliner with the help of sales rep Debbie Martin. She was very nice, professional, and allowed me all the time I needed to make my decision. My sister was with me and we both purchased the same chair. I'm a happy customer.
