“My 86yo mother was born in 1937 in Albuquerque and came to Cali around 1950. By then, NM green chile (NMGC) was as essential for her, as breathing. Her family sent NMGC in quantity to freeze for the entire yr. Now that they are all dead, she still buys it from connections she has. I decided to try The Hatch Chile Store and wasn't disappointed. Just like the stuff I grew up on. It's part of my make-up to despite being born in Cali.”

“YUM!!! YUM!!! YUM!!! For My Tummy..!!! Hatch Green & Red Chile's are WITHOUT A QUESTION are the absolute the finest Green Chiles I use in ALL my recipes..!!! Especially, "My Nevada Style Santa Maria Pinquito and Pinto Carne Asada Chile.!!!!" My Orders arrive in an orderly fashion, well packed, and with a nice thank you note from Randy & Carol McMillan... Never had to refund a thing, and they make Great "Thank You" gifts to my special friends....!!!! Thank You, John Collier, Reno, NV-" GREAT Out in the Middle of a Cow Pasture Dutch Oven Cook"..!!!!!”

“I grew up eating hatch chili. Fresh roasted mostly. My relatives were from New Mexico and finding this has made myself and my brother very happy. Worth every penny and then some”

“My Grandfather was from Hatch Aaron Trujillo. He grew some of the best chile in Hatch that was over 55 years ago. I spent my free time with my Grandparents as a child. My favorite meals were served with green chile. I only buy hatch green chile.”

“The rellanos are just like New Mexico!! The tamales are incredible. I now live in the deep south and these products take me back to NM where I previously lived. The green chili in the jars was a little disappointing as I ordered hot and it wasn't very hot to me ( though I'm used to hot chili!).”

“My order with frozen products was greatly delayed by UPS and delivered thawed out and unusable. I contacted hatch chile store and they immediately made it right and shipped new order overnight in great condition Thank you”

“Ordered the frozen hot Hatch Chile. Perfect heat level (hot, but not too much ) and absolutely excellent taste! After adding this to our cheeseburgers, life in Texas has suddenly been turned up a couple of notches. Wife and I have now been officially ruined and won’t be going out for burgers again! So good !! Next endeavor… trying to create the perfect Dion’s Pepperoni- Green Chile pizza substitute! Oh yeah…. Life is good! Thanks Hatch Green Chile Store!”

“I have ordered chile on-line from this shop for several years now...both the pre-roasted green chiles and the fresh green chiles. Great service and great products. I am from the southwest (both AZ and NM), but now live in SW Florida. Let me tell you, it is impossible to find good food prepared with green chiles in this part of the country.
