“This is my third order of Chile Rellanos from the Hatch Chile Store. These rellanos are wonderful. They vary in heat-spiciness, but they are never too hot. I cook them in my convection oven on 350 for 25 minutes and they come out great!”

“I’ve been ordering from The Hatch Chile Store for a couple years and we absolutely love it. The customer service is phenomenal! I had some stuff come hot and spoiled last year at the fault of FedEx and customer service reshiped it the next day! It’s always nice doing business with a family owned company who takes pride in their products and their customers!”

“The best darn chile this side of the Rio Grand, and then some. I absolutely love Hatch Green Chile. I was joking around with my girlfriend just yesterday about trying Hatch green chile on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. ..lol..I live alone and cook for myself. Last night after working on my truck in the shop, I cooked up some hamberger meat and pork chorizo in a cast iron skillet. I fried several small flour tortillas. I broke up the tortillas onto a plate and covered them with the chorizo, hamberger meat and sprinkled shredded cheese, diced two hatch chile and mixed that in with a little home made salsa. Yum yum yum. See you at the chile festival in September.”
