“I don't live in New Mexico so when I discovered the Hatch Chile Store I was thrilled. They have the best products and they always ship them out very promptly. They can overnight me frozen green chile and it is a live saver! I just tried their new green chile stew and it blew my mind. My whole family was gushing over it. I hope they never get rid of it. you must try it!”

“My order was damaged in transit the postal service was not at all helpful. Contacted Hatch Chile they immediately responded and assured me they would immediately take care of problem and they did so a relief package was delivered the following day. Can’t beat that service.”

“The jar chile peppers really good the medium heat isn’t as hot as I thought just enough kick to it. Shipped without issues. The red/green pepper mix needs more red but to complaint on quality”

“Since I was a kid and we went on a road trip through New Mexico, I have never been able to taste these amazing roasted peppers again, until now! With a flood in the market so many "Hatch" pepper themed products I became a bit dismayed that I never get to taste something that good again. But this is it people! The smell, the flavor, just oh so good. Have been making enchiladas, cheese dips, curries, avocado toast, soups and more and absolutely love it!!”

“We have been eating Hatch Chile food for a few years - chili (I use in green chili cornbread), chimichangas, tamales and chili rellenos. We order for ourselves and our son who lives in California, and we are never disappointed. The food is delicious and the customer service is prompt, efficient, and always helpful. Thanks to the Hatch staff for keeping us fed!”
