“I ordered 5 lbs of frozen green chile (medium, roasted peeled and chopped). The product came within the delivery window stated and was frozen solid with dry ice as promised. How nice it is to defrost a 1 lb. bag of already prepped chile. The chile was nice and plump chopped approximately 1" dice. I've used it now in 4 different dishes and the flavor is fantastic. On the heat level I would put it between mild and medium, but I like things pretty hot, so I would say this is fairly rated as medium. My next purchase will be "hot". At $70 for 5 lbs, it may seem a little pricy. However considering it is February and in NYC, I'm thrilled I can get this kind of quality and authenticity.”

“Hatch chiles are the best. My spouse grew up in NM and AZ and they are the only green chiles he will eat. He gets no argument from me! The chile rellenos are just as good as homemade and ever so much easier. Just heat a little oil in a skillet and brown. Serve with green chile enchilada sauce. Easy dinner. Have been using the frozen green chiles for years for green chile stew. One of our favorite meals. Just bought salsa for the first time, but haven't had a chance to try it yet. I'm sure it won't disappoint.”

“I ordered the Rellenos with apprehension since one never knows how the batter will be...WOW!! I am so pleased !! They are delicious. Thank you for having such a quality product. I already have a supply of your green chile on hand, so I made a batch and smothered them !! Just how I like it. I made pinto's from scratch and I swear I was transported straight back to New Mexico !”

Hi Dennis, We offer Dried Red Chile Pods in Mild, Medium, and Hot. We offer X-Hot in some of our Salsas and Sauces. We recommend giving those a shot if our Dried Chile isn't enough for you! - The Hatch Chile Store

“We lived in Deming NM for 8yrs and fell in love with the New Mexican cuisine. After moving back to Florida we were missing all of our favorites Your company provided quality green chili peppers as well as the best jarred green chilis.Thank you for providing me to order a slice of the Southwest I miss so much..A piece of my heart was left in New Mexico where parents passed away”

“Great chile!!! I was so happy being able to get bulk quantity of Hatch green chile. It's nice to have the option of whole or chopped plus three heat levels. I will be purchasing more. Despite my delivery being delayed by one day due to bad weather, all my chile packs were still frozen solid.”
