“I love your products!! I am delighted o have the chili's and the way they are packaged makes it easy to use. The Hot is the perfect temperature! “I was born and raised in New Mexico. As such, I crave good chilies. Hatch Chile store has become my go to source! Great green chilies, great red chilies, and great dried red chilies. My only problem is that I run out before they are in season.”

“I just received my second order of chopped Roasted Hatch Green Chiles, which I use in both chili and enchiladas. They are great, and each bag is just the right size per recipe. I also tried the frozen Hatch Chile Rellenos for the first time and am looking forward to trying them.”

“This is the first time that I ordered food from The Hatch Chile Store. I ordered 3 flavors of Tamale's and I love each batch. I also ordered the burritos as a gift for my daughter, she lives back East and doesn't have access to Mexican Food. She said that they are fantastic and she plans on ordering again. Thank you!”

“The green chili sauce is outstanding. Having lived in Las Cruces and cooked with Hatch chilis in my younger years, the great taste brought back fond memories. The shipment was delivered in the time frame promised, safely packaged and intact.”

“I have been buying chile from the Hatch Chile Store for years. The delivery is prompt and the chile is really good The whole chiles are perfect for making rellenos and I use the chopped for stew and enchiladas. Highly recommend their products.”

“I have been ordering green chilies from the Hatch Chilie store for a couple of years. All have been 100% perfect! So I was disappointed when I received red chilies which were less than perfect. I indicated as much with my initial rating. Daniel from Hatch Chilie store saw it and contacted me. He offered to replace the couple of bad chilies with a pound of dried red chilies. Now THAT is customer service! Obviously, they have made me a loyal customer! Please indicate my positive review!”
