“Chiles arrived still frozen (mostly), great packaging! Made a batch of green chile stew, which met with my wife’s approval. She lived in ABQ for a few years and fell in love with that stew. Do you have a favorite recipe for green Chile stew? That you would share. Cheers, Rick”

“LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Hatch Green Chiles! Spent over 25 yrs in the desert SW and miss them so badly. It's a bit pricey but so worth it!!!!”

“I have been a customer since moving back to the U.S. from Canada. Usually, It has been a great experience. I wanted to send a friend in Texas some of your salsa but they are originally from the Northeast so I didn't want it to be too HOT. So instead of the 3 pack sampler, I ordered three in medium. She said it was very hot so they must have sent the 3 pack in Hot which was the sale price. I ordered one jar of Medium Papa's Salsa for myself but got Hot. I also ordered 2 sweatshirts in Large....I thought it would be a regular Large but they are Large/Grande and are much too big. I will have to return those. I'm sure you were very busy but I was disappointed that nothing went right. Peggy Condos”

“I had these shipped to a small town in New York where I grew up. I was happy to introduce my family to Chile Verde after living in Colorado for 8 years and spending a fair amount in New Mexico. Very happy to find each pound individually packed, and I would happily order from here again. Thanks for adding some spice and culture to our Holidays!”

“I am originally from NM and my dad grew his own green Chile about an acre every year so I know my green Chile. Your was very good. I know how to NM style. I was living in the L A area for many years and Semi trucks used to bring bring Chile to La Puente California every year we went and bought Sacks of green Chile and red Chile. My husband like to roast himself. No roasters. I lived In California since 1960. Now we moved to North Carolina and they don’t what good New Mexico food is or any kind of Mexican food. I am old now but I still cook NM food and passed it on even to my grandson. He buys fresh NM green Chile ever year.”
