“These guys promised and delivered! Shipping produce to the E U is a tricky situation. I needed some Hatch green shipped to Portugal for a birthday. Daniel and team came through with the great taste of Hatch chile and on time!!!! 6 jars and 6 freeze dried packs. Thank you so much!!!!”

“The pork tamale was very tasty. The biggest difficulty was separating individual tamales from the frozen block of 12. I was able to break 6 free and finally 4 by beating it on our granite countertops. Net -- the tamales are great. The packaging is a hassle. Good product, with terrible packaging.”

“It was really great and also spiritual and mystical. I had never ordered green chili tamales before. I was on a spiritual journey in Eureka California when I saw the advertisement to buy tamales on alien abduction day, and I just couldn’t help myself. I called a good friend. She told me that her fiancé of almost 14 years had died I said I’ll be home soon and I’ll bring comfort food. She said don’t bring any food at all unless it’s green chili tamales! I arrived home on Wednesday. The tamales arrived on Thursday and my friend got them. Thank you so much. Also another part of the tamales went to some other good friends who were having difficulties there is something very healing and valuable about New Mexico chili. I have discussed this before with my previous priest, father Paul Baca may he rest in peace”

“I lived in Albuquerque in the early nineties for two years and fell in love with green Chile. I now live in North Dakota. So when some friends decided to do a chili cook off. I knew it was time to show them the difference of a New Mexican chili compared to the Texas style chili they’re used to here. Of course I took first place in the competition!! Thank you for helping me show these northerns what real chili should taste like.”

“Beautiful chiles arrived in perfect condition w/ plenty of dry ice still in the package. They must have been at least -50 upon arrival. Shipment arrived quickly, and email notification made sure it didn't get left out on the front porch.”

“So far everything I have ordered from the Hatch Chile Store has been excellent in color, style, and taste. The medium has just the right amount of heat and flavor. The aroma when cooking with Hatch Chile is out of this world smells. With way everything is shipped it is still frozen upon arrival. “I moved to Maine after living 45 years in Arizona. I love it! But…sure miss good green chile! I ordered from The Hatch Chile Store and was not disappointed. Delicious green chile!! Nice, meaty pieces with loads of roasted chile flavor. Excellent rellanos and tamales, too!”
