“Hi, 1st time buyer and I was so excited to receive freshly picked hatch green chilies. Maybe I had way to high of expectations because the chilies I received were very small and very thin. Tips were starting to rot. All I wanted was decent size chilies to make chili relleno's. After roasting they split and there wasnt enough skins to cover cheese after I put it inside. My bad.. I guess it is buyer beware. Flavor was out of this world though. Very expensive lesson and I feel so bad about this. Thank you Brad”

“This is the second time I ordered. Once again, everything arrived in great shape. On time one day shipping. I ordered the medium chilies. They came with the right amount of heat. I love the flavor of them and looking forward to ordering again next year. I’m the only one that eats them so I get the 4 pound box I put them on a charcoal grill and then I vacuum seal three of them in a package at the time and throw them in the freezer. I’m good for the year and they stay nice and freshen the vacuum seal meal all year. Great chilies.”

“The chilis are excellent, and I’m happy that I found your store. The only thing that would keep me from ordering again is the long process of getting the order filled and shipped. We went back and forth several times as the product sold out and was unavailable. Some of that was initiated by me when I had not heard anything for a couple weeks. All in all, it took a long time to receive after ordering. Maybe there was a warning on the website that I did not see.”
