“My 1st time ordering Hatch green chilies and the delivery was perfect! I ordered 10 pounds (2 boxes) of the whole roasted and peeled by HAND green chilies. They actually got here in western Oregon the next day after being shipped and arrived still frozen like a rock! I am amazed! UPS did really good and the Hatch Chile Store did even better! So because of that I want to leave a positive 10 star review and tell you Thank You very much!”

“25 pounds of Chili peppers arrived safe and sound. Fired them up the next day, on the grill, stripped and seeded them. End result was almost 12 pounds of peppers now ready for cooking through the colder weather just around the corner.”

“The chili is not HOT. Last year my son-in-law ordered chopped hot chili. True to name, it was hot. The volume in the bag of whole chili is less then the chopped.”
