“The chile is sweet and the right heat--we bought hot--, but it could be roasted a little longer by the Chile Store. The flesh is a bit tough, so it needs a some extra cooking on my end. And I would appreciate the option of being able to order it "skin on," which seals in the flavor and protects the flesh from the freezer. The chile was beautifully wrapped and I really apprecisted the recycleable materials.”

“The #25 pound of Hatch chilies that I ordered came in very fresh. Got them all rosted,peeled and into freezer. Planning to order another box very soon have to stock up for the year. ROST ON MY FRIEND'S. 🌶🌶”

“Got my chili's in a very timely manor, very fresh and delicious! Roasted most on the pellet smoker, then froze for future dishes. Stuffed four with sausage, cheese & bread crumbs, then baked. Most excellent!”

“I have ordered a variety of products, and ordered more than once. Hatch chilis are hard to find in Maryland! I've been happy with everything I've ordered, and am happy to be able to get authentic southwest ingredients delivered to me. Shipping has been super, and I have no qualms about ordering again.”

“Received my green chili and small table top roaster on the same day. Roasted the chili. Tastes great and the roaster worked great. Ordered red chili for later and can't wait to get. Thanks for the chili, that's why I ordered more!”

“As always OUTSTANDING!! Just love your green Chile , in fact using it tonight for Mac and Cheese. And Saturday for a dinner party for people from Florida who only come to dinner because I cook with Green Chile and they think it’s amazing!! No I won’t give them any! 😎”

“We came from Denver and roasted chillies were easy to find. Spent some time along the gulf in Tx and finally settled in Northern Utah. Neither area had fresh Hatch chili...just the canned stuff. The vinegar in the canned chili ruined all of our dishes. I like the convince of the peeled whole chillies. I'll be a return customer!”
