“I used some of the green chilis for green chili and pork stew. The flavor is great: hot but not too hot. My only complaint is that my order was partially thawed when I received it. Maybe I just didn't see it, but expedited shipping (overnight, one day) would be good.”

“Great Chiles! Had a fun time with friends and family roasting these and turning into green enchilada sauce. The heat and flavor of these is very special. This is set to become an annual tradition - next year I'll order 50 pounds.”

“Do not be concerned about ordering fresh produce from Hatch Chili. Three years in a row, my produce has traveled from New Mexico to an island off the coast of Massachusetts. They have arrived in perfect condition.”

“The chile is really good; I have been putting it on everything. However, to receive the $9.95 jar, I had to pay over 20.00. Not cost effective at all…need to do something to improve your shipping costs.”
