“This is our first time ordering from The Hatch Chili Store and we are extremely pleased. We were not able to get hot Hatch chilis locally (Florida) this year, so we decided to order direct. The chilis were a great size, and fresh when we got them. We will definitely buy direct again.”

“The chili is not HOT. Last year my son-in-law ordered chopped hot chili. True to name, it was hot. The volume in the bag of whole chili is less then the chopped.”

“I have ordered every year and received a great chili that I roast and freeze to use all year. Last year, I was tricked by a competitor to order from them and it resulted in a batch of chili’s that were not the same quality. I make sure now that my order is placed by the “Hatch chili store.””

“Fast delivery and great quality. Bought a 25lb box of Big Jim's and a 25lb box of Sandia. Both came quickly and nearly every pepper was perfect and undamaged. I'll be ordering more next year. I'd order another box but my Wife said something mean in Spanish to me when I said I wanted. IDK what she said..but it sounded scary and she had that look.”
