“We've been getting our fresh green Chile and dried red Chile pods from The Hatch Chile Store for a few years now and are always pleased with the quick shipping and the freshness of the chiles when they arrive! As transplanted New Mexicans, it is such a treat to enjoy the fresh green & red Chile from home now that we live in the Olympic Peninsula in Washington state!”

“I received my ristras last evening and couldn’t be happier! They were delivered within 3 days of my order and arrived in beautiful condition, bright rich red color, and smell wonderfully fresh. Over the years I’ve ordered chile in several different forms from the Hatch Chile Store, and have never been disappointed. This is a great company!! Wonderful products and fair prices. :)”

Hi Cynthia, Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the chile. The chile was likely smaller this year because of our troubled crop. We had an intense heat wave and this led to all kinds of changes in the plant that we could not predict or control. More specifically, this led to a lot of the chile being smaller. “I was in New Mexico for a couple of weeks in October and got hooked on green chili. The order I received was perfect. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the price. I made some green chili sauce right away and it was great, plenty of heat and flavor. I put this stuff on top of everything. I’m sure I’ll be buying more. Thanks from West Palm Beach Florida.”

“Sent Monday received Tuesday. Chile rellenos Still really frozen. Had two that night. Really delicious and I’m a Chile relleno fanatic being raised in south Texas. Made my own sauce Which was very good using some hatch chile products. I live in central Texas and will be ordering more!!!”

“This was the first time I had ordered from The Hatch Chili Store. Ordering was easy and response to the several orders placed was efficient and shipments arrived before Christmas. “People were excellent to deal with. Very patient, helpful and competent. There was a problem placing the order (shipped from different warehouses) and they helped me through my frustration of not being able to place the order.”

“This company is so helpful, shipping was fast. I sent the chopped, hot green chile to my daughter for her birthday, since she moved away from NM and can't do without it. She recently used it in a NM-style Stew for a holiday potluck, and everyone went crazy for it. She's super happy.”

“We’ve been really impressed and delighted by our purchase of the frozen roasted green chiles. They came in 3 days — no shipping fees; still frozen; in convenient 1lb packages; and were delicious and spice hot as hoped! I’m from NM, now live in Maine… and we’ve finally found a reliable and affordable source for Hatch chiles…the best tasting chile there is!”
