“My original order arrived late and was ruined, I notified you right away and a replacement order was shipped and arrived yesterday in wonderful shape. Thank you for being a company that is easy to deal with when a issue developed with my order, even though the delay in delivery was not your fault but that of UPS. Thank you for being a company of integrity.”

“I ordered the Big Jim variety. The order sent was mild. I was so looking forward to making the dishes I'm accustomed to with that level of hotness. Honestly i dont know if or how to refer someone. I would feel horrible if they were not satisfied with the money they spent. It would be good business to at least refund or send me some hot green chilies to assure my future business. Thank you, Debi Loeffler”

“Rec'd order Thawed and slimy...NO RESPONSE after several attempts at contacting you. After a huge mix up somewhere, tehy have offered reship the order. I respect teh offer they made to re do the order. And I willl be a happy customer as I have always loved the products I have rec'd previously. .”
